Hey guys just wrapping this trio up. I feel like Windsweeper the leader of this group, monitoring Crankcase and Ruckus from the air. He was originally Cybertron Skyshadow, I replaced his head with Cybertron Dirge's head and gave him matching guns from Recon Ironhide. Base coated using automotive paint and then had a wash applied using Testor Acrylic flat black and very few panel edges done using silver. The stickers were provided from TFTM Incinorator upgrade set from reprolabels. Hope you enjoyed these guys as much as I did, comments and questions welcome. Excellent job. I like how you updated those guys and gave homage to their gimmicks. My nitpick would probably have to be that the paints seem too thick in some places obscuring details. Like Crankcase's face, looks like a blob, but might be your camera. Nice job on these guys for an obscure reference.
Nice man, was wondering when you were gonna finish the trio. Per our conversation a few weeks ago, I was uncertain how it was going to turn out after you described him to me, but you did a wonderful job updating this guy, no doubt!
Very nice. I have a few ideas for triggercons, but Windsweeper always befuddled me as per who would be an appropriate mold. I love the shots of them as a trio, gives a good sense of scale for those who've never owned these figures.
I keep coming back to this thread mate, your work on Windsweeper is amazing...I am very envious... Keep it up!

I am happy with my choice to use Skyshadow Thanks man, Cybertron Skyshadow I did Override a while back using Xavier Cals formula with my own touches. I actually have invested myself in another three part set to which I have 1/3rd done lol, that album will be up soon. Maybe in the future Thanks man, I can't wait to see your set I know, saving for a wedding now so camera later....I thought I was upgrading when I got the one I have That is quite flattering thank you man, nothing I make is for my collection..... Thanks for being my sounding board ! lol glad you dig them Thanks Alan , I really enjoy doing the less spotlighted characters....it seems everyone is doing the more know ones. I think its my camera to be honest because I literally only detailed crankcases head, the black is factory. I am glad you like em though, I feel that when doing a homage to G1 characters it is important to make them updated versions more than just taking their names and using that in my opinion.
