quick fix for bumblebee's legs: dremel the hole that in his calf that connects to the knee joint to widen it and allow it to slide outwards.

it doesn't make a world of difference, but it helps spread his feet apart a little more.

sorry for the pictures, too lazy to upload from my real camera.

i managed to grab this guy for 25 bucks the other day. i wanted nothing to do with another BB figure but it was cheap so i figured what the hell. the same things that bother me with almost every BB bother me with this one as well. namely that huge upper half shoulder area and puny cannon arm

fwtw i like battle ops a lil bit better then this guy, but he isn't a bad figure by any means.

they're somewhat loose when not pushed out by the mod, but not floppy. when pushed out, they're relatively tight.

i'm convinced that my BB didn't come with a ratchet joint in his left calf, i opened it and there was none there, but i can't find anything that would have shot out. it has one in it's right calf that stays in there even when held upside down.

Head fix with ball jointed collar

Just got done with the parts mod. Gunna keep painting. Just wanted to show how this looks with Ball jointed Collars, and a retractable, ball jointed head.

Colors look off, but I guess its the lights...it looks good in person.

I got this guy for like, $10 at Target on clearance, and I've never even opened him and thought about selling him, but after looking through here, I just might keep him. Only things that honestly look like they'd bug me are the lack of ankle joints, the backpack, and the the damn racing window screens. Seriously, why does every BB toy have those?

Also, I didn't look all the way through, but isn't there a way to give him a Stealth Force mode with the giant MechTech thing?

Aw man, now I have to open him.

Does he scale well at all with the HA figures? I've never been a fan of HA Bumblebee, so that would be awesome.

No, he's huge. Like twice as tall as the HA, and his vehicle mode is prolly about that too iirc.

Vehicle mode is close. It's a bigger than a BT (1:24 scale) but not by much. Robot mode is more in the ballpark of MP-10, the MP Seekers, Rodimus, Soundwave, etc.

Bot mode mode is big as hell. Think like battle blades bumblebee, that tall ass deluxe. It might scale close to leader ironhide..

Yeah, I figured bot mode would be huge. From the pics I've seen, he doesn't seem that far out of scale in vehicle mode though.

leader bumblebee's 1:18 scale and HAs/alternators are 1:24. way out of scale.
