Yep, he has been in limbo for a bit due to some combiner issues.

    Thanks, much appreciated!

That is a part from a Lego Knights dude that I cut up and customized to fit that shoulder mod. I can get you some better shots if needed.

Thank you everyone, another week of works x2 then maybe more this weekend...

Overall it looks pretty sweet... minus the Groove choice. (I like how well that head fits on the figure tho... might do that for sake of having a more CHUG friendly bot.)

Groove looks absurdly thin compared to the other leg.

Have you by chance seen this old thread? Only reason I mention it is because MisfitRobot made a Groove using Vortex and G2 Road Pig... which results in a much bulkier leg/cycle.

Otherwise yea... this is darn nice man. Can't wait to see it all painted up and fighting your Abominus WIP.

    Thanks brother, much appreciated!

Thank you kind sir...yes I believe I posted his threat back a ways, but yes MisfitRobots was definitely an inspiration.

As for Groove, thin leg issue...I took your advise and picked up a Road Pig. I'm pretty happy with the results. I also picked up some Brute Feet from Shapeways...good stuff!

Thanks a bunch, hopefully I can continue to intrigue.

Still looking for a ladder for Hotspot, but I may scratch build something off the original crane, maybe put a bucket on the end. It will be the only partsform part other than combiner connectors/feet and hands.

Yeah, I feel much better with the combined form now. Just a few added parts made a world of difference!
