Both G1 Breakdown and DeadEnd have the same leg transformation, where the wheels end up on the inner side of the legs, unlike most G1 cars. I can't think of any others that do it off the top of my head, but surely there's more?

FP's "Last Chance" seems to have the wheels end up on the back of the legs.

 

They angled wheels are definitely a cameo, though they reserved it for the leg bots (I imagine) for the sake of the remold.

 

Of course, people will use that as 'proof' that T-Bone and Not-Dead-End's colours should have been switched, since the original Dead End had the inside-leg wheels as well.

 

Just a quick update, I should have the first half of the T-Bone shipment in a day or two. I'll try to get them out ASAP, but I have to work on the Shooter Master Core figures first, for which I have about 55 orders that are fully covered by the Core figures alone and can be filled.

I'll be working the orders just as they were done with Car Crash - I.E., I will fill as many "Nothing but T-Bone orders" as possible from the first shipment. If I can't get the T-Bones out before, I'll work on packing them all this Saturday and get them all out ASAP.

I have word that the second shipment of both T-Bone and Car Crash should be ready for shipment "soon", but unfortunately nothing more specific than that.

I'm pretty sure that /toy/ picture is fake...I remember seeing it in another thread before that one and I'm pretty sure it was just some guy making it to mock bad third party teasers.

 

I'm surprised Hasbro/TT has not tapped this corner of the market, given how much money people are spending on these 3rd party-formers. They could easily rival what companies like Fansproject are making for about, what I can only imagine, would be at a greatly reduced cost and sell them online, thereby eliminating trying to convince retail outlets to sell them. Fans happy and more money for Hasbro. It seems like a win win but I could be wrong.
