I was just watching the 100th episode of Psych which guest starts Christopher Lloyd and some other people who I don't really know. Well there was also a guy in there who looks a bit like Scott McNeil. It's kinda hard to tell if that was actually him because you only see him in quick flash backs or with a tone of make up on as he spends the majority of the episode as a frozen corpse. The end of the episode they did that thing where they show preview of the next episode during the credits and with the credits smashed down like that I can't read them. So I was wandering if anyone could confirm if that was actually Scott McNeil.
I so miss this show. It doesn't air in Canada anymore from what I can see and I've missed all of this season.
I missed this episode because the people at the house stopped the DVR. Good thing it's on another 50 times this week/
I really want to get the dvd of this season, which I assume will have the alternate endings to this episode on it.
Well, it's a nice cameo but not really much acting going on in this episode. I mean he doesn't speak at all. There are brief distorted flash backs in dark lighting when he's actually doing something. He's a frozen corpse. For all we know he could be asleep. (It's been done before. When you're a corpse, you fall asleep.) I really would have liked to see him more in this episode. I mean even if they had showed him in first few minutes before his body was discovered to be dead instead of having him lurking around the house some where unseen that would of been better. I did find it funny when Lassie pulled out his wallet and said "You mean to tell me none of you knew his real name?" I finally found this page which names Scott McNeil as the actor playing Rip. http://tvpirate.wordpress.com/2013/03/28/psych-season-7-episode-5-100-clues/ Also I just realized the irony of that character's name. Rip, rest in peace, because he's dead.
True, it was more of an appearance than real acting. Either way it was cool to see him on camera again. I thought he was in another episode, but I can't find which one it was. It's not listed on IMDB. Anyone know the episode Scott first appeared?
Wow, I clicked on this thread expecting it to be about how much fun the episode was and instead it's about a cameo. Seriously, the episode was an homage to CLUE for crying out loud! A bunch of the original cast, a similar setup, even a singing telegram!
I loved the doorbell. This episode had me on the nearly on the floor lmao!!!! I know, you know! I love this show!
I kept trying to count the references or lines from the movie. Loved Lloyd's line about a similar thing happening to him years before. THAT was a great line.
