I mentioned this before. Arcee is RED. Her sisters appear to be blue and Purple. I could be wrong about her sisters but red is the one color I can actually see.

Movie one Arcee is pink if you're going by the original toy line and she was originally going to be in the movie but got cut out.

Here she is in the movie next to her sisters. And they are called triplets in the movie, the other two are Chromia and Elita-One. I believe Elita-One is in the middle and Chromia is the one closest to Ironhide but I can't tell them apart. I'm just going by the text that was under the picture on the wiki page saying something about the blue one likes to be close to Ironhide for some reason so I assume that's a reference to Chromia.

 

You know, after the whole "Unicorn" incident, Fowler is going to have a hard time explaining a dragon to General Bryce.

 

After seeing a walking and talking robot, I think General Bryce will believe anything--besides he believes his forces got wiped out at Dark Mount, right?

 

It felt kind of rushed, but I enjoyed it. It entertained me. I had to watch it over to understand what was going on, because I had originally thought Ultra Magnus arrived on Earth for no reason until the second time I realized that he had explained what attracted him to Earth.

On the Wheeljack incident, Wheeljack looked more beat-up after this crash than his other three or four crashes during the series if that's anything, but that may be a side-effect of the base exploding. Can't remember if he crashed nearby or not, and I don't feel like going back to look. But his crash isn't relevant to the plot at all. It's something that happened to him that happened multiple times in the past without anyone needing explanation on how he (and "they" during Triage) survived.

...oh, right.   . Sorry.  

Okay, Prowl. One big reason I think Prowl could show up is plot yummy for the allude to the Ark back in episode 53 (I think. Watching three episodes in direct order like a movie gets me confused on which episode will be which). Prowl's part of the scattered-to-the-winds Ark crew and has been looking for the rest of his shipmates. How he would end up on Earth I haven't figured out, but I only see Arcee's mention as foreshadowing.

Granted, it doesn't have to be Prowl, and Jeff's claim of adding "a lot more characters" is more than likely to be a bunch of Predacons, but speculation takes the great dive anyway.

You can't tell that the one in the middle is purple?

 

Surely, there's some form of protocol that states one should leave a trail or beacon for others to follow  If not, Magnus' ship is a big ship, one that can carry a crew--not your typical star jammer-type ship. A ship fit for a crew should be equipped with devices for communication and the like.

 

Wheeljack says he tracked the ion trail from Dreadwing's ship to Earth, so yep they can track each other's "trails".

 

They should leave trails of Cookies. That would be awesome.

Why is that a surprise? I said earlier red was the only color I can actually see. I'm color blind. I can't differentiate between pink/blue/purple or yellow/green.

Upcoming Character speculation

They said multiple new characters on BOTH sides, so here are my guesses:
Predaking and Shockwave for the Decepticons (Shockwave was in the S2 budget so that he could play a big role in S3, Predaking by Hasbro order)
Ultra Magnus and Prowl for the Autobots (Both are tweaks of existing models, both are fan-requested, both can be stiff without being dull)

Other possibles:
Jazz and Perceptor, due to Hasbro's hints
Generic Constructicons, to fill the gestalt role

 

There were no hints to Jazz or Perceptor. A random guy at the Q&A at NY Comic Con asked for them to be in the show.

As a joke, since for the last few questions they had responded with "Stay tuned", they said the same to this guy, with a laugh.

Ah well, and for anyone who highlights Hot Shot; Hot Shot has his sections filled by Bumblebee and Smokescreen. That's why I think Prowl will appear over him.

 

Of all the character's mentioned. Jazz seems the most likely to actually show up. But how do we know Ultra Magnus isn't the only new character this season for the Autobots? He does have a rather big ship so maybe he has a stasis pod or two hidden on board. Would be funny if Sentinel Prime and Jazz were both on his ship. As if he wasn't enough like his Animated counterpart already.

I'm still curious if there will be more Predacons in the show. I don't want the whole toy line to show up, mainly just Grimwing and Ripclaw. Just so Predaking isn't the only Predacon.

 

The movie for the end of the show is called Predacons Riding so they must be adding more Predacons.

I'm also thinking Ultra Magnus will turn traitor. Well, once he realizes just how screwed the Autobot's situation is.

 

I disagree that Prowl will appear, and to be fair, Prowl could potentially end up filling a similar role to Magnus.
