I think Steve Blum has been the best voice for Shockwave.

 

I wouldn't say he's the best, but I liked his SHockwave. Definatly don't see all the hate for it. I see the hate for Swindle's voice, but not SHockwave's.

 

Yeah Swindle sounded a little too heroic and not slimy enough. But I'll add the conditional he's the best I've heard. I feel he out did the G1 by far, not sure about animated, or Prime yet.

 

i love PRID knock-out's toy. i almost like its proportions more then the show model.

 

That is why I liked him. He shouldn't sound slimy then you would see him coming. He needs to sound like a salesmen you would trust.

 

No swindle should sound that way, but I think he lacked the benevolence I guess you would say? I think he should have been more he sounds nice but has that evil hiss to his voice.

 

I could see that too I guess. I thought Swindle was more comic relief so the car salesmen thing made laugh every time he showed up

 

I liked animated Fred Willard for swindle, personally.

I prefer Megatron with horns. Not over the top, but with horns.

I think beastformers, aside from drones (cassettes) or pets/Cybertronian wildlife (Shockwave's driller) are ridiculous. The only way I've accepted the idea so far with the FOC story of Shockwave experimenting on the Dinobots, while leaving their characters permanently altered as a result of the "torture."

 

I'm starting to hate James Roberts. Can't he write great stories without killing those lovely characters!?  
If he keeps writing such a story, maybe I will keep say "OH NO JAMES ROBERTS IS RUINING THE TRANSFORMERS FOREVER"

 

I like that the Predacons in Beast Hunters are mostly dragons (Grimwing is an exception since he is a griffin). However in a line that has emphasis on beasts, why aren't we getting a larger sized version of an Insecticon?

 

Agreed! The Beast Predacons worked in that context, but only in that context.

Aside from Overlord, Super-God Masterforce/Victory/Whatever else were totally pointless.

I actually wanted them to touch upon in FOC that Ravage, Laserbeak and all the other Beastcassettes were given to Soundwave as a gift from Shockwave after creating them through the same method of Prime Predacons and FOC Dinobots.
