Think I'll wait a month or so before buying this, looks good but I can wait!

 

Game is alright. Definitely an Uncharted Clone at heart. Story is stupid (so far) but remains a reasonably compelling experience. CD are no Naughty Dog and it really shows.

Multiplayer is fucking awful.

 

Playing it on pc , maxes everything out fine. looks amazing at 720p. Really liking the story at the moment. Hopefully this gets a sequel.

 

I'm addicted to this game. I have no interest in the multiplayer but I love the single player mode. It's definitely my favorite Tomb Raider game.

 

I'm not one to easily get stressed out during a game, but this one is really getting my pulse racing. A lot of genuinely thrilling set pieces here.

Haven't felt this way since Uncharted 2.

 

I want this game sooooooo bad cause they say its like GOW and Uncharted games all rolled up into 1 big game. If anyone has it let me know and also let me know if there will be a demo for it as well cause I dont have the cash yet to buy this game and I really wanna spend for it but sort of broke now.

 

I cannot wait to play this game, but I'm too broke to buy it  

And for some strange reason, RedBox only stocked the 360 version.. No PS3 copies anywhere!

 

I played the hell out of this game on Tuesday, not so much Yesterday though cuz research papers be getting in the way. Same will probably be for today. Definitely loving this game like I thought I would. No issues what so ever with it at all.... well besides Lara frequently moaning/groaning/screaming, people might think you're watching a porno. I'm not one for stories, but its good I suppose.

 

Looking really good, but as with all the games I will wait for it to dip around $20 before getting it, no matter how good it looks. After paying full price for LA Noir I will not get suckered again.

 

Really enjoying this game. Sure it's very Uncharted-y but it's still good fun and still feels like a Tomb Raider game to me. My 2 pennies.

 

Uncharted is Street Fighter. Tomb Raider is Mortal Kombat.

 

Fair enough. It is almost like they added a BLOCK button. 

 

So the new Tomb Raider is the more, shall we say, visceral of the two?

 

There sure is a lot of blood, especially when some douchebag unloads his automatic rifle on me from around a corner before I can get a shot off. But I can see where the comparison is coming from. I actually haven't played Uncharted but from what I've seen it's similar, just different. If and when they do the inevitable sequel, I'd like a little more actual tomb raiding and a little less having to kill crazy bastards. Right now the balance between the two is pretty good, but I've always loved the exploring/puzzle-solving aspect.

 

I finished the story today and loved it. I am definitely wanting a direct sequel.

around how long is the game if i'm going to finish it in a weekend i may wait until later to get it.

 

Doesn't feel like a Tomb Raider game to me. Environments don't feel like I'm exploring them, feels more like they're being presented to me on rails.

Still enjoying it so far, gotta say I never expected graphics like this out of a 360.
