What Would You Want In A FoC Sequel?

    High moon but without activision breathing down their neck to get the game out before they ship another cod. That the real reason we didn't get any real dlc maps.

    I'd like to see real content dowload and no unlock codes for a Transformers game.

    Story wise, I'd like to have a Cybertron trilogy. So I'd like the next game to be mostly about those left on Cybertron such as Shockwave and his Insecticons and Alpha Trion and the Wreckers. Nearing the end of the game, they'll find a way to contact the Ark and Nemesis so we can find out what happened after FOC's cliffhanger and then get a few levels on the Ark and Nemesis set before they find a Cybertronian colony.

    For Gameplay. I like that characters have their abilities based on their personality and then get their levels based around that, however that does lose some replay value and Co Op. I'd like it if each level had two characters similar to the one the level is based around that you unlock after completing each level.

    There are several things I'd do in Multiplayer. There won't be mandatory abilities and Dash will be exclusive to Infiltrators. Stun and Flak Grenades will no longer be abilities and isntead can be picked up around the map by any class.

    I'd add a mode that's like Team Deathmatch but adds some elements from Conquest to it. There would be one or two command centers that could be captured by Commanders/trucks. Inside there wold be a computer that them to call in an air strike every now and then. There would also be strategically important areas in which teams should try to lock down such as bridges.

    Rather than the Jets being healers, they'd go back to being hunets, like in DOTM. Instead, there would be Contruction vehicle modes in preexisiting clases that if picked, you will get a manditory ability based on healing. You will also be able to program and repair turrets around the map. I'm still thinking about how to fit beasts in.

    Infiltrator/car:
    Abilities: Cloak, Dash and Grapple. Constructicon Vehicle would be a dump truck with a Heal Grenade ability.

    Commander/truck
    Abilities: War Cry (does not effect themselves/other Commanders), Ammo Beacon and Orbital Beacon. Constructicon Vehicle would be a front end loader that transforms into a bulldozer when ramming and has a Healing Sentry ability.

    Hunter/jet
    Abilities: Hover Slam, Barrage and Mark Target (no autolock rockets). No Contrucitcon skin however there would be helicopters that have a no manditory ability. Note: No hovering in jet mode however Helicopters can hover.

    Soldier/tank: Abilities would be Whirlwind, Rocket Hover and Turret Mode (like imobile tank mode with stronger cannon). Constructicon skin would be a cement mixer that would fire toxins and have a Heal Beam ability.

    Many people say change HMS into another company, but you see I love their designs and I fear if they handed it over, they just make them into Bayverse versions on Earth, in the next gme I just want Bumblebee not to go from Cybertronian Volkswagon to Camaro, because that doesn't make sense with his design

    For Multiplayer & Escalation:
    -Better color customization.
    -More than three voices for each of the classes.
    -Armor sets of the generic soldiers from the Campaign.
    -Let more weapons be usable.
    -Not very many DLC so you don't have to spend 30 bucks to get all you can get from the beginning.
    -A Dinobot centric map with you fighting the Insecticons.
    -The ability to use your own characters in Escalation
    -Have more compatable characters instead of Transformers that were never even seen together in Campaign

    For Campaign:
    -Have the normal two campaigns to choose from with about 20 levels each (That might be pushing it, though).
    -A storyline that lasts more than two chapters.
    -Allow gameplay from the view of many more characters.
    -Allow Soundwave to use more than two Cassettes.
    -Give the Autobots a Combiner (Superion, obviously) that can rival Bruticus so the Decepticons don't seem so ridiculously overpowered.
    -Nerf Decepticon abilities & weapons slightly so if you fight a Titan, you can't just spam bombs & kill him in about ten hits.
    -Allow for more color changes in the Campaign & have it be more effective (for example, if you change Bruticus' to G2 Bruticus' color scheme, all of the Combaticons are G2 colored.)

    Also I would suggest a company different from activsion to publish it as they are the ones that probably forced high moon to make the DLC on disk and made them speed up devoplment/

    Yep cuz they wanted it out before black ops 2. Which is also why their were no maps packs so people would play that online instead. Also not have split the team to make a moive based game in the middle of development.

    I'd really love a DS version. I don't have an Xbox or a PS3, so I'm unable to get Fall of Cybertron. (I have played it at friends' house, and I love it!) I'd really love it if it were sort of backwards compatible with the War for Cybertron DS game, like being able to use characters in the third game in maps on the first game multiplayer, and unlocking characters from the first game by winning their data disks in multilayer just like in the first game, but you can't get the new characters in War for Cybertron, for obvious reasons. :wink:  Also, I'd really like to see Prowl. :D

    Here are the two major things I would want to see in another Cybertron game, that High Moons actually had in the first, but left out in the second. I want an equal number of campaign missions for both the Autobots and Decepticons, AND I want to be able to play either side's campaign in whichever order I choose. Second, I want the co-op feature for up to three players added back, not so I can necessarily play with two other people, but so I'll have three different characters to choose from. I don't have to be automatically stuck playing whatever character High Moons plans to stick me with.

    - Grimlock gets a chapter

    - Aerialbots become Superion thanks to Perceptor?
    - More Planets = Different environments

    Gameplay
    - More boss levels. We got two in FOC (Hardshell and Megatron/Optimus)
    -Extended Campaign. (25 Chapters minimum)
    -NO CHARACTERS THAT CROSS OVER MULTIPLE CHAPTERS! (Optimus had TWO chapters, Megatron had TWO chapters, Grimlock had one and a half. Starscream and Soundwave were horrifically neglected.)
    -No wasting disk space for redundant chapters (SWINDLE.)
    -More cross-class options in Multiplayer (Weaponry, body parts such as head, shoulders, arms, legs, maybe even abilities.)
    -More parts in MP.

    Okay so here is the character line-up and quick synopsis of the locations and campaigns.....

    Cybertron (10 levels)UM and SW battle for the remaining resources and each other, both trying to contact the lost leaders.

    Autobots: Ultra Magnus, Hot Rod, Arcee, Kup, Springer, Scattershot, Trailbreaker, Roadbuster and the Dinobots.

    Decepticons: Shockwave, Starscream, the Stunticons, the Terrorcons, Blitzwing, Barricade, Slipstream, Reflector and the revived Insecticons

    Quintessa (3 Levels) After the seperation of the ark, you try to figure out where you are and escape the twisted fate of the Quintessons

    Autobots: Ratchet, Ironhide, Warpath and Perceptor
    Other: Sharkticons/Allicons, Wheelie and the Quintessons

    Velocitron (6 Levels) Kinda follows Exodus's story

    Autobots:
    Optimus Prime, Prowl, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Silver Bolt and Sunstreaker

    Others: Blurr, Override, Hightail, Blueshift and Backfire (good), Ransack and his renegade forces of Velocitron

    Junkion (3 Levels) You've crashed landed on Junkion during the seperation of the ark, but a part of the nemesis is here too, with Makeshift inside, can youu tell friend from foe and stop the Star Seekers looking for a lost weapon and terrorizing the natives.

    Autobots: Jazz, Cliffjumper, Mirage and Hound

    Decepticons: MakeShift

    Others: (Junkions) Wreck-Gar, ShearBolt, Arclight and Detritus. (Star Seekers) Thundertron, Brimestone, Axer, Cannonball and Sandstorm

    Animatron (4 Levels) After the seperation this team finds themselves on a feral planet and feeling they're being hunted, but by who?

    Autobots: Protectobots

    Other: The PredaconS

    Gigantitron (4 Levels) Landing on a planet that even Metroplex would feel intimidated, Megatron and his crew set out to find a new ship, but a paranoid Bot, whose soul purpose to protect this sleeping planet activates the ginormus colossus that is Fortress Maximus.

    Decepticons: Megatron and the Constructicons

    Other: Fortress Maximus and Cerebros


    The Ark's Haul and Nemesis's Haul (2 Levels) Meanwhile, some Bots have been been able to stay in space, but without power and the remaining parts of the nemesis outside, can the bots find their friends locations and keep the remaining cons from their ship?

    Autobots:
    Jetfire, Air-raid, Powerglide and Wheeljac k

    Decepticons: Thundercracker, Skywarp, Ramjet and Quake


    Microtron (3 Levels) Two parts crash land on the home of the mincons, now barren. Blaster and Soundwave learn about their Cassettes long forgotten pasts. Before you know, an awesome battle.

    Autobots: Blaster and his team of Casettibots

    Decepticons: Soundwave and his team of Casetticons

    Final Level Finally I had this one idea that the 13 have been watching this conflict and at the end of all seperate campaigns, they summon ALL Transformers seen in the game and decide to settle the conflict now. They open a space bridge to the new planet, a war breaks out as the two teams fight each other as they run towars their goal (maybe QTE as you scale through the war zone) and ending with Op and Megs dueling each other in the middle of the bridge as all the others run pass them and interfere.

    End of game, an energy-like aura can be seen behind the mountain with the noise of battle cries and lasers being fired.

    Fade out.

    Center of the universe temple of the thirteen
    Autobots: ALL!!!
    Decepticons: ALL!!!
    Others: THE THIRTEEN, BOO-YAH!!!

    Id like to see:
    Character selection back from WFC.
    Defensor.
    Coneheads Seekers.
    Small story arcs invovling:
    A small Sunstorm/AcidStorm story arc.
    A small Nemesis Prime Story arc.
    Ultra Magnus to make a story mode appearance.
    SLUDGE...
    And finally can we be done with Optimus, i really think it would be good story line wise to interduce Rodimus, even for awhile.

    A combination of WFC, Revenge Of The Fallen & Armada the game... Nuff Said!
