Now what Wu jen found and shared with the Peon deckis not a cheat or exploit, he simply had the skills and understanding of the game to reconfigured to optimised his bp, ppl like that are the true gamers that others should follow as they don't cheat, they just look outside the box for potentials. This is where the big difference in respect for Wu jen compared to Transforma. IMHO.

 

Technically, if you're leveling up a couple hundred times a day, & getting 1 bronze weapon medal per 5 levels, then you're getting around 40 free weapons a day. Not too shabby, assuming you've got the credits to put that many cards to use!

 

It's just bad design. Never trust the client has been in effect since, literally, the 1990's. It's a fact of life we live with.

That said, you could still do it this way, but have sanity checks on the server (which is really what don't trust the client means). I still think there are sanity checks on the sever for some things, at a minimum. And I'm not convinced just changing a few variables in a file will effect the values long term.

And the way to solve this isn't to password protect the files. It's to not trust the client. Any value sent to the server has to be cleansed. Which clearly it is on somethings. And I'm not sure on all things. I want to see someone else do it and keep.

 

Since it's all out anyway...
Without any compilation, using plain Notepad you can boost any card's stats to 9999/9999/999 (or even more). If you add a 9.9/9.9/9.9 weapon, you're unbeatable. I tried it on an alt account (only alt mode random level 1card). However, after you level the card up it goes back to normal.
It's killing the gameplay and I won't use it on my original account. 

...and what if u got 9 (or even more) bronze medals AND 9 (or more) ally slots AND the transmetal cubes mentioned earlier by Wu (theoritically you can turn them on, but haven't tried that) EVERY TIME you level up???

IMHO Fixing this issue is more important than a new event...

And now we know why the game hasn't been really updated or a new event. Hellfire isn't like this as far as I can tell. They did something "stupid" and are rewriting it without making the entire game in client side javascript!

 

If you have some time everyone... bomb their support email with requests to code this game better so you can't cheat so easily. It's silly to throw money at a game where you can't compete fairly.

 

Someone needs to post it all over facebook and see what happens.

May i ask, what on earth is "Manan's Revenge"?
It is listed as the event after "Dinobots Rule More" , which is self explanatory but what the hell is a Manan?
Furthermore, it is listed as a "Scramble" event type, whilst Insecticons and Dinbots are both Raid Boss. Its encounter chance is also a mere 0.2 instead of the normal 0.35 in Dinobots and Insecticons.

 

Just did a bit of fiddling on an alt account. This game is hilariously bad haha. Getting extra credits from intercepts, changing the energon needed to scan, how much exp is needed to level, etc. etc. I wouldn't recommend actually doing any of this with your main account mind you. First off it makes this game pointless, and second, you might get banned when they come to their senses (If they still pay attention to this game).

 

Has anybody tried enabling those transmetals??? I am not aboit to fiddle with it. I dont have a clue so I know id screw it right up.

 

Makes me wonder, just what is the extent you can cheat this game? I am not willing to take the risk as i only have 1 android available (everyone else has their iDevice haha) but there seems to be a wide array of things you can modify;
- Changing the drop rate of weapons and cards from 20% to 100%
- Changing "xpCumulative" to lower amounts so you can level up easier
- Changing "reward_value1" so you can get more
- Changing the spacebridge values so you get a card every 10 ally points instead of 100
- Changing "RaidBossEncounterChance" or "RaidBossPointsRewards" ....this is potentially game breaking

Im just curious as to what affect they have? And why they havent been introduced. And why there gonna cost credits to use?? Im jist very impatient and haye waiting to find out info. Lol

 

Just tried that. I levelled up after modifying the files, but did not get NO medals (set to 9), NO ally slots (set to 9) and NO transmetals (set to 1)  Only explore & battle energy.

Maybe we need to change the application.js as well...

EDIT: after few mins I got a msg about rewards to collect. It was only 1 bronze medal (as it's supposed to be). It's just weird it took so long...

 

I guess I was wrong. Since there are Autobot/Decepticon cubes maybe they upgrade a Transformer card. They need to be fused together some way...
We might find the answer in the .js file

 

Thats what I was thinking. Either that or to fuse two or more different characters together. Say so tou can buid your own devastator or something. Hopes dreams or just ideas I dont know lol
