nope. I axtually canceled ny yots preorder. genesis is paid for.

Skinny legs is game accurate and gives OS character. He looks more brute like with big arms and small legs. Much like animated or prime Bulkhead.

Install them backwards. Then they will only come on when you push on them.

I am torn between getting this or Hot Toys Iron Man Mark VII. It would be my first Hot Toy and I love Iron Man. But I also want a updated Omega Supreme. At first the legs bothered me but the more I look at it they don't look bad. Decisions Decisions

I have to agree that the oversized arms makes it look brutish. Nothing wrong with it. But for the people who are on the fence because of the we. ird proportions, l have to say that you will be missing out on a great transformer.

We certainly need more uniquely proportioned TF characters imo, I'm pretty sick of the standard "humanoid' designs myself.

I initially didn't like the leg proportions (game accurate or not), but I can overlook that. Figure seems to be really high quality and there's just something about it that-for me-captures the essence of Omega Supreme.

So their facebook page says this:

This is absolutely cowardly. I have absolutely lost whatever small amount of respect I had for these guys.

They said people "wouldn't be disappointed" about the face, when they KNEW it wouldn't have one. And now they're trying to play into fears of Hasbro being the big scary boogeyman.

    Utterly disgusting.

I still love that figure, but that response is really, really lame. Afraid of Hasbro? Oh come on now. They should have just said "In the end we decided against the face because we felt it looks better without it"

    Sheesh.

Ah well, I still plan to get this, but they need a better PR person. Or ANY PR person at this point.

Wow. You care entirely too much about something that just doesn't matter. If the lack of a face is the deal breaker when you're spending $300.00 on a toy, then you have skewed perspectives.

Personally I think for a $300 toy it should meet all your expectations.

And their response really was terrible. It's the face that would get Hasbro on their case? Really? Not the whole freakin' thing?

It's not that he doesn't have a face (which I don't like, but it's also not part of what I said).

It's that they said, while they had finished samples in hand and ready to ship, that we wouldn't be disappointed re: the face. Then he ships and he has no face.

They are literally being caught in a lie.

Then they claim they did it to avoid getting in trouble with Hasbro, which bulljive. Warbot Defender has Springer's head and alt modes. FP Munitioner is blatantly Swindle. That claim is horsejive, and it shows they're playing on the fandom's fears and prejudices of Hasbro being this looming overseer that poses a threat to third party endeavors and is jealous of every good thing they do because their stuff is so gosh darn subpar!

It's not just the lack of the face, it's the quantifiable fact that they were untruthful and that they made a bullshit, cowardly reason for the omission.

Requiring a face for a $300 figure? Oh my, he's gone off the deep end and asked for too much...

To be fair to Planet X, the non-answer "you will not be disappointed" was in response to 3 questions:

That said, they didn't necessarily lie. However, I think the excuse is pretty weak. "We used 95% of the game design, but we're drawing the line at the face for some inexplicable reason."

If that's the reasoning used to say they didn't lie, then honestly? it strikes me as pretty weak. At the very least, they were deliberately omitting it to avoid backloash, which is still dishonest.
