Over the years i've ended up with loads of other bits and pieces along with my transformers items. I've listed them on my website: unknown parts If you can help identify any, please let me know (email, PM or just reply to thread). Really helpful if you can also provide links showing the items on the web. Many thanks Mangohero
Item 137 is the DX Vavilo's wing: https://www.google.com/search?q=Vav...YEuTx0wHAk4H4Dw&ved=0CDEQsAQ&biw=1194&bih=830
item #46 is the legs of this bubble bot (at least, I think it's a bubble toy for baths, I'm not sure, I've had it since the early/mid 90s.)
Thanks Ellamin, never seen anything like that before, many thanks for the pic. looks pretty cool. Have updated site. thanks again
11- F-16 Missile from generic die-cast toy. Toss it. It's broke and garbage 131- GI Joe Firefly Backpack V1 133- Gakken Cyclone armor (Fits onto hip of figure in armor, or covers the gap between bike frame and rear wheel in Motorcycle mode) 134- It's a clip from a realistic cap gun that came out in the 80's. they made a ton of different models, not sure which this one is from. They used a plastic strip you'd load into the clip. All the gun handles were simulated wood.
Item # 12 - how big is this? I might be wrong, but does it go underneath the Star Wars Rebel Transport ship? The escape hatch?
#130 = windshield to MASK Condor (motorcycle/helicoptor) [I actually lost this piece as a kid; still have the rest of the toy, though]
Thanks for all the help guys. dlatkow - all good but can't corroborate the cap gun sorry. dethpike - can't see it myself , it's about 3" Fr33domgundam - nice one! Dragonclaw - good stuff I've updated the site. a really BIG thanks to you all
Looking back at your list: #107 = definitely based on the rifle of the original Gundam RX-78-2, but I don't know of any version of the rifle that has the "scope" thinggie on top. Probably from some odd/obscure action figure version (considering the peg-handle).
Cab grew up in a jungle. He doesn't know action figures. =P Hrmm... Item 4 looks like the engine off a toy speedboat, possibly playmobil? Items 27, 29, and 30 all look like they came from the same pirate set, but it could be a dollar store set. Definitely not playmobil or LEGO. Item 122 strongly resembles the arm of Transformers: Armada minicon Astroscope, but I think there were knockoff oversized versions of the figure, that might fit the size more? Astroscope (2002) - Mini-Con - www.tfu.info
I think item 121 is one of the missiles that came with the Centurions Ace McCloud figure but, for the life of me, I can't remember what the suit was called... Sky something?
I believe it to be an Edison cap gun clip. If it is, it could be worth a little bit. A set of 3 cap guns just sold for over 200 on ebay.
OK, here goes.... Fr33domgundam - looks very similar but i can't pin-point exactly what it is sorry. Aernaroth - can't find any playmobil set with an outboard motor like this. Need more specifics before i can give you the find for the pirate parts; although you're probably right. Finally, part 122 is from an oversized minicon astrocope figure from 2003. Cheers! Primal Grimlock - spot on, good find, thanks. Dlatkow - well done buddy, found it, was from a red edison 9mm cap gun - supposedly pretty rare. might bung it on ebay and see what happens. Computron34 - found it was from a giant oversized Korean G2 swindle figure. Thanks for the info. Again i'd like to say a big thanks to all !!!!
So I looked in there, and took some pics of my collection, so you can see where those parts go: Item #22 is from Batman The Animated Series' Batplane: I'm sure that Item # 58 is some sort of pressure point missile released between '96-'98 for either some Batman line, and I'm sure I have that missile. I just can't find it. I just looked at all pressure point missiles I own and couldn't find that exact shape. But it seems extremely familiar. Item #64 is a Camera that's mounted in the rear part of Jurassic Park's Jungle Explorer vehicle: Item #90 is a turret for Power Ranger's Zeo Micro Red Battlezord. A micro Ranger can sit on it: Item #96 is a small platform for the same Power Ranger Zeo Micro Red Battlezord playset. A Micro ranger can stand on it: I recently got that set, and asked the seller why that piece wasn't photographed, so I know it very well... Then the arm of the robot broke Anywho, a ton of those missiles look very VERY familiar. I'mma consult the catalogs (I have all the Kenner Catalogs). You can always tell it's a Kenner/Hasbro missile for their round shaft, a groove on either one side or both, and flat sides on each side of the shaft. Also long shafts with a spherical pressure near the head of the missiles were made by them in an effort to save $, and materials. Those are a pain in the butt to fire. Cross missiles were available as well, but likely not for Batman figures (the missiles were nearly universal and you could use them with different launchers, but not always). I'm pretty sure I can find more about some of those missiles.
Superb! a massive thanks EmperorDinobot. Thanks also for the pics, i really appreciate your efforts. Keep me posted if you find out any more...
I sure will. A ton of those missiles just look too damn familiar. Maybe I don't own them, but I've seen them before! Somewhere in the world. I too often receive all these weird weapons, and IDK where they go. There was this 2 barrel shotgun I got at a park when I was a kid. I picked it up the ground, and integrated it to some hunters back in the day. I recently lost the weapon, but learned that it belonged to some VR trooper villain. I was flabbergasted. But this is all post 90's stuff. If you need help with 80's tf, I'm not your guy. Anything after that, suuure. I'mma keep researching those weapons.
