They had it so that Rumble was blue, Frenzy was red for weeks. It's confusing because these are Japanese releases, and they have concurrent Japanese preorders that didn't have pictures. It's obvious that someone stuck their opinion on the FIBRIR debate on the product page, and that's just not professional.

The key difference is my posts are legible and understandable, you don't have to go over and over them with a fine tooth comb in order to fully understand what I'm saying. But you did go over my posts to prove that what? I don't use a spell checker? Bravo I guess.

Personally, and this is a feeling thats (ooooh, missed my punctuation there) been niggling since the beginning, that these kinds of threads are the first port of call for people whose transactions haven't gone their way to pressure vendors by 'outing' them to the community.

Its (!) happened before, and its (!) the feel I get from this thread too.

I am curious though, exactly what about this thread is so divisive? The OPs English sucks, which is in all likelihood the root of his problem, yet half if the thread is suggesting English isn't his first language?

'Canel' just says to me crap spelling or a mobile/cell phone auto-fill that's not being corrected. Perhaps I'm being harsh but making threads like these to try and leverage a vendor is not an acceptable practice to me.

Not unless you feel the OP is lying when he said he included the order number in which case fair enough,

but if you give him the benefit of the doubt the person at TFSource either failed:
-to fully read his email (which maybe due to the poor english, but still they should have been able to see a sequence of numbers and)
- to check the order number against the order they cancelled
-to follow up with the OP after noticing the order numbers did not match.

Surely TFSource would have the paypal account on file if it was the one that had been used to pay for MP Soundwave.

 

Rumble is not blue and has only ever been blue in the G1 cartoon. The G1 toy was red, as was the Robot Hero and Alternator so I don't know where you think it's blue in the US.

For a username of bestbuddy you certainly appear to be hostile to other people. I can only imagine if this is how you communicate in the TFW boards that TFsource must have had a hard time helping you too.

Let me help you explain your issue to the TFW community and this is how you should address problems in the future to avoid confusion and frustration:

1. I ordered Transformers MP-13 Soundwave on October 2nd 2012 from the TFsource site

2. I then ordered a Capbot on December 30th 2012

3. 4 days later, I attempted to cancel the Capbot order as a friend had one on hand that i could buy immediately

4. Unfortunately the whole order was cancelled in error instead of just a segment of it.

5. The refund was then sent to a closed paypal account which was previously active but it should have been sent to XYZ

6. I can provide records that this paypal account is no longer active and could not have received the funds

7. As back-up could you please provide your proof that this refund was sent to the PayPal account so I can follow up with PayPal also.

This is a clear and concise way to address a problem. We are a community who don't like to see anyone have bad experiences sating their TF lust.

Address your grievances clearly and politely and someone will have the knowledge to assist.

 

I don't see why someone else spelling gets you guys that mad for. You fan boys need to chill alittle.
