I wonder if part-swapping them can break transformation, or if they're designed to always be able to transform?

I would honestly want buy a couple of the smaller ones to get a taste of these figures and see if I would like them long term or not. I like the idea behind them, and if these do well among the kids/fans, we could get improved versions later on.

Also, I think some people don't understand what they're looking at...

Grabbing Blitzwing to test the waters here, hoping that him here will make him show up in another capacity soon.

No thanks. I wish they'd put their effort into making better figures that transform. Hasbro is copying rather than leading. That bothers me. Be more creative.

More than likely, but remember that in years past the UK Toy Fair has been strict about no photos.

The same thing I was thinking. Could this be why the actual TF lines are suffering from the cost cutting measures, because Hasbro is siphoning away their budget for that into developing all these other types of TF-related side lines? Are the real TF figs paying the price for these other non-transforming products?

Correct. This may end up being one of those things that aren't fully appreciated until it is gone e.g. PCC.

Some things that raise my interest the Megatron bot and vehicle are not the same parts. No wheels on the bot and no wings on the vehicle. This alone is interesting.

The biggest question is regarding how you can assemble and combined parts and transform them? I'm assuming based on the Meg pictures that he'll come with multiple build options. Same for BB and others.

Also I think some of these figures may be quite a bit bigger than the pics convey.

Whilst I'm not convinced this will work, I'm not certain it won't but I am certain that I'd like to learn more about this.

Oh... oh YES. Perfect for my nephew, since he's still at the stage where KREO parts are too small. If the joints for these are as stiff and flexible as good Bionicle sets, they'll make for some good fun stop-motion videos as well.

More creative by repeating the past! Yay! :p

I don't know if these are my cup of tea, but I may get the Bumblebee to see if I like these.

So are these this year's Botshots, or something completely apart?

All the real fans want to see are real G1 inspired transformable toys made from decent plastic that haven't been made too many times. Is that a tall order?
I guess, since it rarely happens anymore. Hasbro...Stop making junk and make good robots again.

It's what year and we still don't have an Alpha Trion toy at retail. He's Transformers Obi-Won, why not?

Lego wasn't the first "building bricks", so no, its not a knock-off.
