Hi, thanks for looking! The first pics are of a mp animation color thundercracker that I was working on that went all kinds of wrong. The original mp seeker I had to work with already had brittle plastic, painting was poor, parts were unexpectedly snapping, and i was not loving it...hence, thunderfail... however, the learning experience and salvageable parts were valuable to create my third transformer custom ever, mp starscream. Starscream is an amalgamation of parts from hasbro skywarp, takara mp starscream, hasbro and takara USA edition starscreams, fakebuster hands, jbarb78/Zildjian head, and tamiya paints. The grey is tamiya rattlecan and all other colors are hand painted. This is still a work in progress and needs some final detailing and top coats. My vision/concept was a nod to the original takara greenscream, and a different take on animation starscream. I had to do a lot of cutting and replacement with this guy, including but not limited to: cutting the back section so the head can transform into the body (from jbarb78/Zildjian tutorial), left arm shoulder assembly, right forearm assembly, and the leg modification that i took inspiration from a little bit of what everyone did in the mp seeker leg mod tutorial (thanks to all for information sharing!) The series of pics is the work in progress in stages (please pretend to not see my feet, hand, and my baby's toys ahahahaha). Any questions or criticism is highly appreciated! for anyone curious about the pic with starscream and the zaku: that is 1/144 scale real grade char custom zaku. I highly recommend them! Fun to build
I just received my new paint re-supply and will start fine detailing soon. Im still unsure wether i want his intake fans on his chest to be bronze or silver. Also, the missile heads hidden in the chest-white? Silver? Red? Any one out there that has a nosecone casted I'm interested Any comments, or questions are happily accepted

Nothing sucks more than when a figure is ruined during the customizing process....as you said though, it was a learning and experience, and at least you were able to come out with something stellar in the end.
I second that.Well done.I've got the custom bug too but I am limited on funds and having to build up my toy collection base again.So,it's slow going and agonizing to have to wait but a pleasure to watch others inspire me with their talents.
Wow, I think I actually like the look of theses guys more than the new MP seekers can't wait to see more work from you, it seems like you have some real potential
Thanks to everyone that posted I'm currently working on another seeker figure that is going a lot slower than I would like but that's life....slow and steady wins the race sometimes
