To be honest when im fighting as a scientist and the whole of our team is fighting the whole of the enemy team they retreat with hardly any damage when im trying to survive.... Well this picture explains it better.

Agreed, they should've left it alone. It's a shame what they did to the weapons. They felt perfect before. Now it's only Gear Shredders.

 

That and the chaos rift cannon. I went into a capture node where the enemy team was once and swear to god I saw four shields immediately go up. Yes, that was in fact, the last thing I saw.

 

This, definitely. And I would even extend this to defending nodes in general. I was leveling up my Destroyer and was defending C on Bowels. Another player on my team saw my character just standing there nearby and I heard "I think Shockwave is offline." (my gt is Shockwave1701). To which I replied "No, I'm defending C!" "Oh, ok." And he speed off to where ever. It's almost like a lot of players just don't understand the benefits of staying behind to defend the nodes.

 

See this is the kind of immature crap this forum always offers up isn't it, no one can just say 'yeah its unfortunate when that happens' I did not bitch or whine about losing but hey I gotta go get friends and deal with it. cheers dad

yeah I gotta say that as my meager skills are beginning to improve, people playing the game mode as is would help a lot.

example: Someone mentioned defending a Node or a Flag for that matter.

even if you aren't using a mic, a little common sense goes far.

i.e. go to a node en masse and move as a unit to each node

or for Capturing Flags, decide to either defend the flag or seize it.

it kills me how so many people think EVERY mode is DeathMatch ...

 

Oh god no! I'd have to go back to playing Titan if they nerfed that!  

 

*ahem*
-Only two abilities per class? Really? For me, just shooting all the time gets annoying, so I like the abilities to mix up combat a bit.
-Although the body customizing for MP are amazing, the color options blow.
-Restricting Escalation levels to certain characters is bull. I'm tired of playing the same story level again and again just to be playing as Vortex.
-A very minor complaint, but I don't like that the camera is closer to your character. I want to be able to see my creation better than just a close-up of his back.

 

After a while, I just had to admit that the multiplayer in foc was just flat out boring. I traded the game for black ops 2, who's campaign and multiplayer lasts longer. I'll just stick to rotf or wfc for transformers games.

 

I don't know, I quite enjoy the multiplayer, however after maxing my guys, the only real fun mode is capture the flag, I could go for some more colors, because when you want a real iconic OC, having two of them being the same color takes away they're individuality, escalation should have all characters to choose as and maybe a more story-oriented escalation map, example would be theres a goal, but you can only proceed after each wave, final wave is a boss battle....ALSO MORE DLC!!!!

 

I like your sig, it's pretty cool. Also, yeah, the customization, from skills and weapons ond own to colors, is pretty much crap in the games.

 

I thought foc was good. At least you can run now!

 

I felt that the running, amongst other things, took away from the usefulness of the alt modes.

I hope a new company releases the next installment. I'm absolutely not buying the next game if it has less gameplay and (fully) disc-locked content. I gave WfC a pass because it was a mix of on-disc and new stuff.

 

I hate the scientist class. Most overpowered class in the game. I also hate how it takes forever to find a game. I still like the gsme though.
