Chromedome looks pretty good, but pretty average for the 3rd party market. Good job I have no interest- plus I'd rather they have solid, articulated heads than headmasters units. Never liked that rubbish.

Just Hench and UFO tf-wise for me tomorrow, will have to do! :p

And yes, Merry Christmas to all you fine chaps and possible chap-ettes! :D

Yup, totally agreed. I'm not a huge fan of most 3rd party figures anyway (the add on sets are fine), but that Chromedome actually just looks like a knock-off.

I've got MP Thundercracker, FoC Kickback and Universe 1.0 Skywarp to tear open in the morning. :D

Merry Christmas to all my fellow UK TF fans, hope you all have a good one. Thought mine might be going down hill with a virus, but think I've managed to shake it in time for tomorrow. No TFs to open up, though I've not had a proper chance to look at my FP Deluxicons. Think a trip down TRU for the Combaticons will be in order in the New Year.

On the subject of FP Chromedome, I'm not sold unfortunately. It looks ok, but the chest is a bit too blocky and the head just seems a tad too big. As Sid says it may blend in well with the other FP Headmasters, so time will tell.

I'm really liking the FP Chromedome, but i'm not making any decisions until i see him up on Kapow's site, with a price. Hopefully he won't be too expensive. Any one have any idea on how much he'll cost?

Those scans are full of win. I totally remember those He-man & Skeletor costumes!

I really disliked it at first but as I suspected it looks alot better with a grey and orange head (someone PS'd it in the thread). With a few reprolabels to add a bit of red to the chest and some Autobot badges it could look ok I reckon.

Oh and Merry Chrimbo everyone....hope you all have a good 'un and don't eat and drink too much :D

Yeah it looks like they have tried to do a straight update of the G1 toy. Main problem with that is the G1 toy was awful.

    Merry Christmas to you all!

I'm looking forward to tearing open FoC G2 Bruticus - probably while watching Doctor Who ;) . I predict a morning full of my daughter going Hello Kitty crazy :D

MP14's shoulders have been the subject of some degree of complaint.

So let me try to get this straight:

Prime's fake shrinking grill : Acceptable.
Red Alert's fake shrinking wheels: Not acceptable?

I've got it sitting in front of me now......and personally...i kind of like them.

I could almost swear the way they fold inside the alt mode is part of the reason why my Mp14 has better alignment than my MP12.......but i may be imagining that.

I hate the fake grills on both MP Primes. I'm just a pain like that.

Won't stop me buying any toy though.
