Same thing, my 3X Hounds will NOT transcan! I get the connection blurb as well. Very frustrating.

 

well i'm wondering if i should try to trans my lvl 4 mirage after the event or now. cause the 4x will be nice even though they are separated.

 

Just make sure the alt +robot modes match and it should work. I.e. there are 2 hound robots and 2 hound alts just ensure they match and it should work.

You cant combine an event hound mode with a regular hound mode. Same for scream he has an elite version. cant combine an elite with normal version.

 

Same with my Level 3 Thundercrackers.  

 

even more goodness. got another x3 Hound, a Dirge both forms, lvl4 Starscream and a few Sliptreams

event is down for a few days it seems though

 

uhh ofcourse im trying to fuse 2 X elite statscreams. Its a bug and it sucks.

 

im even thinking of fusing my elite Optimus Prime and Trypticon without maxing it first..

 

I think I'm burned out on this game already, to repetitive or something. Maybe zombieing out for 6hrs last night and hitting scan, fight event boss, scan for boss, hit a couple missiles, fight event boss, sell cards, level cards, rinse repeat has something to do with my change in opinion. I probably won't uninstall it as I do like the art work, it is nice to see they do the different level characters cards differently (well at least event hound and normal hound).

What would be really nice if we had a thread were screenshots are posted like the one posted earlier, or is there a site with the cards shown?

 

No, I'm very specifically combining the Event 3X Hound bot with the Event 3X Hound alt and it will not transcan.

 

No offense meant.   The game appears to be rushed out. Not much to do. Your level is meaningless. Fights won don't really mean much.

The event was interesting with the boss fights and rewards but in its current form I really don't think it would be possible to get the necessary 71000 points per day to get Mirages weapon. It would be a huge grind.

 

right which is why i think that it was flawed because you couldn't attack the other 2 bosses you were meant to attack. that are harder then kickback and therefore worth more points

 

Hopefully it comes back Wednesday working properly. Personally I am still enjoying this game even with the numerous bugs. It helps that I don't spend money on it in terms of noitgetting too frustrated.

 

One of the odd things fighting kickback was a lvl 1 version of him would give 2 battle replenishing things and 4 medals while the lvl 5 version would give 2 replenishing things and 5 medals.

 

Yeah, I found at the level I was I always beat Kickback 1-2 with one cube, 3-4 was iffy with a single but always won if I went back in for a second, and I would always beat level 5 with two cubes at once but it was risky to go a single cube twice. In general, I stayed even on level 5 and usually gained a cube on 3 or 4, and always gained a cube 1-2. The difficulty wasn't enough that I felt the need to call for help really. Finishing off a guy to get the Finisher bonus cube and assure my MVP medals was worth going in for a second cube. In the end I kept getting Kickback level 5 about 3/4ths of the time. I suspect when it comes back I should have a chance at more difficult bosses. I should probably be pulling level 4-7 bosses based on what I saw.

 

I want to go on record by saying I love this app. I'm glad it was out for Android. With that said, it must be run by feces throwing reeses monkeys, with a Core Hamster 5 processor. I mean seriously, it took them seven days to figure out the coding for their app was overloading the random event system. Then they fix it and try to start a special event, to find out that the same buggy loop is still in there. Their updated messages look like they've been written in Engrish until someone decided to correct it. I'm willing to wait for it to get better though.

I played through the special event pretty consistently while it was working, but had yet to see a 3x Hound, or anything decent. And I'm not going to invest money into something that is buggy/laggy. Once they clean it up, and actually bring up the IOS users, maybe.

In the meantime, I'm at level 26, I love the level 3 and higher cards, and I'm on as Otakuoverload.

Is it worth it to keep the common cards, or should I use them to level up the higher power cards? Also, do I lose them from the Cyberdex?

 

The cyberdex is a record of everything you have seen, so upgrade away! I just transcan the first copy of each so I snag the transcanned version in the cyberdex too.f you have any rares or supers I wouldn't bother upgrading uncommons either.

 

Hey guys- maybe I am brain damaged or something, but why do you guys seems to know all of the ins and outs of this game while I have no idea what I am doing? I don't know when to choose the low, mid, or high damage for boss fights. I don't understand how these cards work- what do the numbers on the cards mean when their "level" does not match? Why are there multiple copies of a bunch of cards? How do you use your extra common cards to "upgrade" other cards? What is the strategy of upgrading? Do certain cards upgrade other cards differently? What are the x1.5 and x3 numbers in the fights and how do you change/improve them? Etc, etc?

I just feel I have no idea what the strategies are to this game, and I don't know what you guys have read that makes you fully "in the know". Can someone please direct me to somewhere that explains all of this in a way that a 2 year old can understand? It seems like fun, but I just have no idea what I am doing? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!!

 

Okay, here's a quick question for you guys: Are both modes of the cards you're trying to scan ON YOUR TEAM? I had the same issue with my optimus prime; wouldn't scan, gave me the "check your connection" error. They were both on my current team as separate cards. so I edited my team and pulled them both off, and then he scanned just fine. it may work only pulling one off, but since it removes cards currently on your team from other lists (like available upgrade fodder and such), I think the issue is that combining them while both are on your team would leave an empty slot and the game gets confused.

Try pulling them off the team and then scanning and see if that works.

 

I pulled them off my team, and got this message:

"ALERT!: This card is currently in your deck, you must remove it in order to trans-scan."

Then I pulled them off my squad and they finally scanned. Another issue the developers need to fix.

 

I feel like I already "beat the game"...

I'm level 48; there are no new missions (seems like I have completed them all at least); I have unlocked all level 1 and level 2 cards and run out of credits quicker than I can upgrade and max out the level 3 and 4 cards that I have.

With the missions, the only "hidden" cards are the ones you would get via Combat Caches, which seem to hardly pop up for me now that I have beaten all the missions.

Is anyone else at this point? What else is there to do? Any advice/tips from people that are a higher level?
