Not sure if you post on WrestlingFigs forums, but that has been an issue across the country with the Lawler figure. I don't know why it is scanning at that price at all. Some guys were able to get the figure price reduced, some sucked it up and others walked away like you did. I think that the price isn't terrible considering the case pack out and that it's probably the only current Lawler we will ever get considering he most likely will never wrestle again. I found him on Amazon for the same price without shipping. I'm not sure whether to pull that trigger or wait. Either way, it can wait until after the holidays.

I'm building my People Power display right now. Got Johnny all built, Swagger, Ziggler, Miz, Alberto, Christian and Harvard attire Otunga will be here tomorrow!

 

Is this happening just at TRU or other retailers as well? I saw a bunch of 18 today at Wal-Mart but of course no Lawler and only one Taker.

 

No idea. I haven't seen 18 at any other store and I don't really go to any other site that has WWE figure talk, so I haven't heard anything.

So I went back to that TRU that had the Lawyer to see if they had any Beast Hunters figures yet. They didn't, so I went over to the WWE aisle and saw that Jerry was still hanging out there. So I decided to scan him to see if maybe they fixed the problem in the past two days and...well, it wasn't fixed, but I did get an error message saying it couldn't be found. So I figured what the hell and took it to the register, and when the dude went to scan it, it didn't come up again. So he had someone go back to take a look at how much they and when she came back, BAM, got him for regular Elite price!

So I am content with my series 18 figures until I can get maybe a Barrett and Brodus on discount. Then comes series 19 which I still have a case of on preorder at BBTS since I want pretty much every figure.

Nice score! I only have the one Ross around here that I mentioned so I doubt I'll see any of these, but if see any more of series 18 anywhere, that'd be swell.

I see Mattel is trying to keep up with Hasbro by sending their end of the year but still new lines to discount stores as well.

 

I got a few Ross stores in my area. I already checked 2. I found Miz in one and Lawler in another today. I'd like to check the other 2 but won't be able to.

 

Looks like I need to hit the Ross stores in the future.

I'm happy in that I got my Michaels Elite 19. Granted I bought him off ebay, but still.

You can also find alot of Legends Series 3 at the Big Lots stores, and some Defining Moments at TJ Max.

Now that Mattel has more control over the figures they produce, you should see way better lines down the road without so much emphasis on Cena. Elite 19 is a prime example of that.

I found Eddie G. at a K-Mart once, so that was lucky.

 

I think I want the Undisputed Championship more than the figure lol. Thats probably my favorite championship design ever. Its hard to choose between that one and the "winged eagle"/ New Generation era.

 

Aw man, I saw a full set of Legends 6 at a Big Lots awhile ago, if I had known you needed an Eddie I would have got one for you but I already had all I needed from that wave so I didn't get any of them.

I could go for some Legends Road Warriors but not for the current ~$30 each they're going for these days.

 

Its all good man. He's on ebay for $20-$25. I don't think that is too much. Also I was at Big Lots a month or so ago and I remember seeing the Road Warriors. I'll be making a trip there soon to confirm.

Anyone know where the attire from the AJ figure is from? I've never seen her in that before.

 

She was confirmed for Elite series 21 in ring gear and now her regular clothes like the basic figure.

 

I like the design of the belt that came with Eddie and I like the figure because man I had such emotional moment when he passed. I too I'm looking for some Road Warriors as well. Sent a pm if you see them if not than its cool.

 

Awesome!! Look forward to it! It's weird seeing Elite Divas. Saw Kelly Kelly once and was not sold on it. Basic for the Divas has all the articulation so they do, but if its the only way to get an in ring accurate AJ oh well. I just hope she comes with the Divas belt.

I didn't mean I didn't want the figure at all. It's that I want the belt more. I enjoyed watching Eddie wrestle and always had an attachment to him because I am Mexican myself.

 

Elite Kelly was just a basic figure with a coat and a belt. AJ will sport the new artic that classic Elizabeth sports which is double knees.
