I've ordered multiple times through the I Gear shop with no problems. I just got my hench and UFO from them this week. But, I live in Florida. I think you may just have to wait longer if your close to where that storm hit.

 

FINALLY IT CAME! i thought id never get mine as it was stuck in NY for an eternity, but i got it yesterday! no QC issues either! i like the free shipping from iGear, but im starting to wonder if BBTS is going to be a better option in future...

 

Yeah im in Florida too. Shipping always took an eternity from igear but ive never had something stuck in customs and a newer order from the same place show up this much beforehand. Just strange, Astronopolis gives me hope though, if others are waiting it likely means there is a general delay and not a lost item. Things have been vanishing once they hit customs fairly regularly the past year. I have had to make a claim 3 times this past year ans only once did the item show up later...3 months later.

 

yeah I think the hurricane probably made a big mess of things. my Ratchet and Ironhide came pretty quickly, and Ive never had any issues with iGear so I think I will continue to use them in the future. Keep up hope guys! There are more than 1,000 - 10,000 packages going through customs in NY every day and a disaster like Sandy is bound to throw a wrench in the gears!

 

Went to a friend's house yesterday to play with these two. Can't say that I am impressed. They are not bad, but unless you are big fans of the characters, you can probably skip these.
It just feels to me that iGear was just doing the bare minimum when it comes to these two.

 

Just got Brawn on Saturday from TFsource. Totally love this guy. Luckily I haven't had any of the reported QC issues. Can't wait for the rest of the mini-warriors line to come out.

Anyone heard when the next releases will be?

I still haven't received mine either. All I know is that they left China, and no new updates since. I hope you've gotten yours by now.

 

I did finally get it last week. I got a notice with no warning and no update to the site. I would give it about a month tops before I started pushing for an inquiry. That's just about what I waited.
