Right so:

1-5: She died int the blast
6-10: Megatron found her and killed her
11-14: She's a Decepticon prisoner
15-18: She's an Autobot prisoner
19: She somehow escaped
20: She's buried underground and everyone forgets about her

(Rolls d20) A 2! Welp that's settled.

 

How exactly could she be an Autobot prisoner at this point? All of the bots except Optimus bridged to different locations, and none of them had Airachnid with them, in the pod or otherwise.

Why would he?

Megatron talks of a united Decepticon army--Starscream doesn't want to work with Airachnid. If anything, he wants her dead. Judging by how proudly he stood surveying the destruction, why would he not assume she died right there?

She was trapped in a stasis pod after all.

 

I assume considering that welcoming back Starscream got he would find her pod in the rubble empty and realize she had escaped due to the lack of severe inner damage. To avoid her being allowed into the ranks he'd stop at nothing to keep her from Megatron.

 

I don't Starscream fears her as he did when he didn't have people to watch his back--he's second in command now. He's got troops that do as he instructs them to.

If he ever discovers that she escaped or lives, I don't see him bringing her back alive. She kicked when he was down, tormented him, and tried to kill him when he was hurting--she did more than just rub her superiority in his face.

If she managed to escape, I'm pretty sure he'll want her dead. However, if her pod is still intact and she's still in it, I wouldn't be surprised he he kept her as a trophy.

I don't really see how she could have survived the explosion. I don't think any of the Decepticons aside from Starscream knew she was in there. And what reason did Starscream have to tell Megatron that she was?

 

Easy, really. Her Stasis Pod. These interstellar space crafts are designed to travel vast distances and to survive the harshness of space, surely [it] can handle an indirect blast of an explosion, granted, I believe the explosion did damage enough of her pod to knock the systems life support systems off just enough to awaken her so she can escape

In all seriousness, she doesn't have to die from that explosion. But likewise, she doesn't have to be perfectly fine either. With a catastrophic event such as that, I can honestly see Airachnid hauling her severely injured self out of the wreckage of that stasis pod, surrounded by burning debris and rubble. She limps clear of the debris and attempts to transform, but her rotors are all smashed and her left arm is so damaged that it makes the transformation impossible. *cue whatever dramatic plot point you want* See? She doesn't walk away without a scratch, but she also could survive. It's entirely dependant on what the writer's have planned for her character.

 

she will be back to cause further mayhem...plus she has arcee to hunt down.
