Even for a clip show, I loved Knock Out's dialogue. That ending with scene with Dreadwing was epic. Not for him yelling, but because it was on the top of the ship, dark and in the middle of a storm. Extremely epic!!!

 

Epic? Struck me as cliche. Don't know exactly why.

 

You're right, but the significance of it all is cool, assuming DW flips on the Cons.

 

Zuko in Avatar, yelling at the sky. Of course his scene was far better.

 

I suppose. I just wasn't impressed by the 'dark, brooding character, out in the rain screaming at the sky' shtick

 

Depite a couple of great comedy moments, this episode was a huge letdown. I hate clip shows. I'd rather a season be one episode less than be subjected to clips.

 

Really? The only thing I imagine is that the creators made Dreadwing Skyquake's brother/redeco because they were silly enough to kill the guy in the very same episode he was introduced.

Granted, I have no evidence to back this up, but I bet Hasbro wasn't too pleased with his quick demise while they had been working on a voyager toy for him. And now Skyquake's toy is pushed back in favor of Dreadwing's.

And it sucks, because Skyquake's colors were way nicer than Dreadwing's aquatic looking scheme.

I actually prefer dreadwings color scheme to that rusty green giant skyquake's lol. I like having twins but I do kinda wish they kept quake alive longer to atleast have dreadwing/skyquake twin fun although it would be overkill cause skyquake and dreadwing are both optimus league so along with megatron ans soundwave it wouldn't be to fair to have such powerful foes and the autobots still win lol

But Optimus appears in some of the flashbacks scenes in this. But yeah this is the first episode that focus on the Cons since Armada. Kudos Prime, You did something Animated never got to do.

 

True. I could see that being interesting. Though I'd rather have Dreadwing as a neutral who ocassionally aids Optimus and the Autobots only because they want to do the right thing. That or he becomes a vigilante kind of guy like Scar in Fullmetal Alchemist.

 

Web World in G1 did it flawlessly.

 

I absolutely hate these clip episodes. The part with Starscream dancing made me cringe.

 

Ugh, can't believe they did another clip show this season, especially so close to the season finale. At least this was a lot better than "Grill" and had some funny moments from Knockout and Starscream.

 

Well we didn't see what their bond was like back then but yeah Arcee would all the same sympathize with him if he decides to join the Autobots or at least help them win this mission at least. Of course she'll obviously won't trust him openly th first time around.e

 

Fanservice episodes are always appreciated, yep.

 

Pretty much my thoughts.
Knock Out was the one that made me want to continue watching.

 

People ***** about the clip shows but I see them for what they are. Saving money for some big **** over the last two episodes.
