That could be interesting....I guess. Though I don't see the need for this version of Predaking to be a gestalt like the original. Also, I don't think we would be told that the dragon is Predaking, if it was just a part of him...

 

They would probably keep it a secret till later on in the series. However there will definitely be more than one 'beast' in this series otherwise the plot will get stale.

Imagine the idea of the 'beasts' being like the Planet keys for the Decepticons... they need to get all of them in order for them to create the Ultimate Decepticon Weapon however each of them are powerful on their own.

 

If Predaking does turn out to be a mash-up of several beast-bots, then yes, they would keep it a secret till later in the series, or at least they would try. Though my point still stands, if this dragon was just one piece of Predaking, they wouldn't be referring to him as Predaking. They would be using whatever his individual name would be.

By the looks of the creature in the trailer it seems incapable of speaking... or atleast too animalistic, so it might never be named and might just be known as 'the weapon'

 

We haven't seen any where nearly enough of it to assume whether or not it can speak. Again, my point still stands, if this dragon wasn't named Predaking, then they wouldn't be referring to it as Predaking...

 

 

Kinda reminds me of Beast Wars Transmetal Dinobot.

Bring on the Beasts. It will be interesting to see where this goes. Not having read the rthread yet I can only assume many others have said this, this is one hell of a way to work in the Dinobots.

 

well. this confirms the news I shared a few weeks ago. I am so glad about this. The dragon looks too awesome!

 

Disappointing trailer is disappointing.

 

That trailer had far too many stock clips from Darkness Rising, it actually distracted me from the five seconds of Predaking. Nevertheless, I am interested in seeing what Beast Hunters has to offer.

 

Has anyone officially called it Predaking? Personally i just thought it was what we all thought as 'fans' Also, we have'nt seen the full creature so although it may be a dragon it could just be some kind of elongated version of 'Ravage'

 

Something about this makes me think it's a tie-in to the Wii game and that's Thunderwing...

 

Reliable people who attended the event last night have said it's Predaking.

The fact theat Predaking is in this with his uber cool design. I think Beast Hunters will become the best season in Transformers Prime.

 

Well, for the nanoklick of footage, looked interesting. That symbol/insignia looks like Unicron's head from TFP, so I guess it makes sense 'they' would hunt Autobots.

 

It's tail reminded me of Transmetal Dinobot from BW. I hope they make it awesome.
