Lol I appreciate that sentiment. I just wanted to see if anyone else in the community felt the same as I. One of the best representations of Transformer Fiction available I think. The handling of characters, once again, is just awesome.

emotion, humor, epicness and a sense of brotherhood

also having epic soundtracks

 

I agree with most of this but as a game, I liked WFC better. More abilities and more weapon choices made the mechanics of it better, but I do like the greater character options in FoC. And the story mode was great and I really like what they did with Shockwave and the Dinobots and the Insecticons.

EDIT: And bruticus and Metroplex and... Ok, I guess I could keep going.

 

WFC was great as well and I respect your opinion. I also really dig the way Shockwave was handled within the context of the insecticons and the Dinos.

 

I even felt a sense of brotherhood in some of the decepticon chapters. Especially in the combaticon segments.

 

Thank you High Moon for an awesome Transformers game. Not quite as good as WFC, and I can't say I'm a huge fan of the multiplayer, but it's still pretty damn good. Thanks.

Yeah, this game isn't perfect. But neither was G1 in 1984.

And frankly, other then the masterpiece line of toys, Fall of Cybertron has been the best Transformers experience in a very, very long time.

Both WFC n FOC make me feel like I did when I saw the 86 movie; I can sense the feeling of hopelessness the Autobots feel, the action puts me in suspense and the dialogue is just as memorable

 

Felt that way too really, this series somehow taps into the '86 film's magic for me.

What exactly do you mean with this? Just asking out of curiosity. I feel this game is pretty much on par with, say, a Gears of War: a great single player with engaging setpieces, and a decent multiplayer that pretty much covers everything that is expected from current gen shooters.

I feel I got my money's worth.

This game isnt anything special, I think certain other developers could've done it better.

 

I have the same sentiment towards FOC. The story was compelling, and for someone like me who is a recent Bayformers convert, I was really learning about these Transformers on a deeper level.

Sure we can argue playability, or the fact that there needs to be more of an incentive to go into Prime mode in multiplayer, but I think we can all agree that HMS hit the ball out of the park with FOC.
