I want 4,5 & 6 to involve all the newer transformers from the 1986 animated movie & season 3. maybe even throw in a few new characters from 1987.

Let's face it, Bay is doing the 5th too, and he'll have some lame excuse with it, like that he was gracious enough to come back 'one last time' 'for the fans'. It'll be like Cher's 'farewell' tours for every movie after 4, at least as long as the interest is there to churn out more. XD
And as one of the few good Baybot molds, if we have more waves of Prime and Bumblebee, can we have another Leader Prime? With a trailer? Pweeeease?  

 

No. That would make far to much sense.

Only way that will ever happen is when Takara decides to do a true original mold MP movie prime. (which certainly wouldn't be a shocker)

he said tf4 would be the last he directs, but remember thats what he said with tf3 and we are getting a new one despite those claims

 

This is somehow both suprising and yet not so considering how the films made a lot of money.

 

I like the actor but i hate when they cast them as different characters

 

i'm certain that optimus and bee are back. But what about other Autobots like Ratchet and Sideswipe? Are they just going to be left out?

 

With 4 and 5 being filmed back to back i wonder if this will mean the fourth will end in a cliffhanger being resolved in the fifth movie? Like how back to the future 2 lead to back to the future 3.

 

So Transformers 5 may happen.

God dammit, Bay. If you're gonna make more Transformers movies, fine. I don't care anymore. Just don't do anything that even REMOTELY involves Beast Wars.

Yay, I guess. I liked his character(s), even only as a supporting role. Having some scenes between the Autobots and Morshower 'twould be cool.

Why would it seem lazy or confusing? Creating a character and sticking with his actor's real last name is really no more or less creative than saying "Hey, let's make his last name something like, uh 'Johnson'! Or 'James'!" What does it really matter? Does it change the core of his character?

Charlie Sheen playing Charlie.
Tracy Morgan plays Tracy Jordan.
Sarah Wayne Callies played Dr. Sara Tancredi.
Woody Harrelson played Woody.
Jean-Claude Van Damme playing the villain in Expendables 2? His character name? Jean Vilain.
Not to mention plenty of times in animation.

Besides, "Morshower" is a pretty ballin' authoritative name.

Now yes, him playing a different military role in the first movie that dies and then having him show up again as a different character could definitely be considered confusing to some.
