Who knows with the way that everything is related now (Thank You Hasbro for screwing up tf history just so the newbies wouldn't be confused) I'm sure that this will be the new G1 history and Beast Hunters will be set before Beast Wars or after Beast Machines or be an alternate take on Beast Wars and Beast Machines.

I'd like to believe that Beast Hunters is a sequel and a reference to Thundertron and his Star Seekers just joining the cast. They are all beasts, after all. Him having a toy would make more sense that way too.

If it's not... Well, then I just don't get why the show would end so soon.

Isn't it kind of premature to jump overboard if we're not even sure the boat's sinking?

Oh ffs, I can't believe they're already going to move on. I feel like Prime has been their most interesting version of the Transformers TV shows yet. Way to go Hasbro, way to go.

Oh dear god I hope not. I enjoyed the movies, flaws and all for what they were - but those toys were awful. Damn, didn't Hasbro learn their lesson from the sales of DOTM? Nothing against it or anyone who likes it but I'm sick of robots with CHICKEN LEG sydrome.

I really hope we're reading more into this than there is. I personally love the show and cast and had high hopes when they talked about the show continueing for quite a while. Hopefully Beast Hunters is the next "generation" of the series (like everyone has said with Armada, etc). I'm certainly not giving up hope and jumping to conclusions, but this is very disheartening if this is the end of the Prime line.

Why can't the transformers shows get past season 3? Why can't it continue like the Power Rangers.

I know it's pointless, but I wish there was something we could do. I hate that we have no influence.

Actually, the more I think about it, the more ideas I come up with that mean Prime could continue ...

A/E/C and BW/BM are the obvious continuations, but look at G1. Majority of the cast was completely recast after the movie for seasons 3 & (albeit very short) 4. Maybe this is happening with Prime. Season 3 will have a major event taking place and Season 4 (possibly subtitled with BH) will pick up where it leaves off, with Magnus (since his voyager is coming out in a while) or someone, chasing down Thundertron & company. They could even go the route with season 4 following up from Exiles/Exodus and leading back to Prime in a few years, merging all the story lines for some epic conclusions, & further tieing in the Aligned Continuity together.

...I just wanted to get more toys in the tf prime aesthetic.

if that is still possible then I am not going to be at all upset but I just hate going from one style to another.

Now you Prime fans can know the bitter sting that Animated fans like myself felt. At least you guys will likely get full and complete boxsets, unliked Animated which still lacks a third season boxset :/

Too much faith placed in the Hub. Aggressive cost cutting. Badly chosen case assortments, and repeated failure to adjust successive assortments accordingly.

If this Iteration is coming to an end early, Hasbro can't pin it on CN this time.

Great, first Animated and now Prime. Is there some kind of secret rule that Transformers cartoons are only allowed to last three seasons?

This is depressing news, but I suppose all good things must come to an end. It's best that a show ends while it's still good and not overstay its welcome like some have. I can understand that the writers must want to move on to new projects like Beast Hunters.

I guess I'll always have my Blu-Rays to relive the show, but I am going to miss not having the new episodes to look forward to. TFP is really all I watch these days that isn't a rerun. I hope the series goes out with a bang.
