Not to mention that there was a friggin' assault on the Decepticons going on when the comic last left off.
From what I saw before the move when I was up there in July, Pol had lots of shots done. So I'm not entirely sure if it will effect the battle or not. But regardless, expect top quality work.
Rest assured they're in good hands, just not as imaginative as Pol's though. Well here's my interested vote!
Glad to hear you're all moved in. Can't wait to see how this move might get reflected in future updates. And count me in on seeing pics of your collection's new setup once you get things all unpacked and whatnot.
I shot SOME in advance, but not enough to cover the current arc by a long shot, this is okay, however, for two reasons: 1. The infiltration team is in Decepticon HQ, which is all sets and GIMPwork ANYWAY. 2. The new house is the same design as the old place, the only difference being it has a slightly larger footprint, with an extra room upstairs. The only real difference you guys should see is that it's a lot cleaner, and the carpets aren't ancient and brown and horrible. I doubt it'll look all that different, honestly. This I always strive for. The move, I expect, will help. The carpets in the old place were always just the right shade of horrible to throw my camera's color balance completely off. Also the lighting in this place is much better. And NOW I have plenty of space in the basement for sets! So... much... unpacking...
I considered the possibility of you moving into a near identical place, but disregarded it as that seems stupid to do, unless the payments are immensly cheaper.
But isn't the basement that weirdo place that doesn't follow the laws of physics or something that relied on being a giant mess? Are you sure you have everything and didn't leave anything? Like, for some inexplicable reason a whole lot of Autobots are suddenly missing or something like that?
Small world. I just moved into my apartment on the fourteenth last month... and I still don't have proper internet access! Just gotta haul my laptop to the local coffee shop and back until the phone company finally gets back to me *grumble, grumble* Hope you're having a better time than I am.
Moving: Definitely not a fun experience. I'm pretty sure all of my Lego Bionicle bins of pieces took up at least 1/3rd of a truckload once.
DEAD POLENICUS DAY! Do you want me to beg? Huh? DO YOU?! JUST CLICK THE @!!%$ PICTURE TO GO TO THE COMIC! *SOB* 8 years of subtitles training, and I'm doing picture captions. Why didn't I take that job posting from Vangelus? Why!? Notes: 1. Yes, it’s been a while, and I’ve still got a lot of arranging to do to get a decent filming area. The new house has LOTS of potential, but we’ve just got so much junk to arrange and put away. Also I’m LAZY. Still, regular comics should resume shortly. 2. I originally had a whole conversation between WFC Prime and Megatron, but in the end, them just silently watching, and then the payoff worked so much better. 3. Hasbro, you claim the oil shortage as the reason for releasing FOC Prime as such a tiny little thing… and yet almost every other CURRENT deluxe is bigger than him. And then you release MP Optimus for $100, which is an insane amount of product for the price. So… be honest. The mold shrunk in the wash, didn’t it? Don’t be embarrassed, I have trouble with the settings for stainless steel and delicates too.
Whoah, that is some epic "This is why there was a hiatus"-update I myself had a drunk Prowl hit a mobile suit with a bottle. with the part about Devastator and the 'bots facing him... or rather, the bottoms of his feet.
Note to self: Pinkie Pie is a Dark Entity. I'll have to remember that so that my Autobots can set up their defenses properly.
I now fully expect ponies to appear in the strip proper. Namely Pinkie Pie and Shockwave slowly loosing his mind as he tries to apply logic to the illogical. (You totally bought Playful Pony size Pinkie Pie JUST for that joke didn't you)
