Went to Sugarhouse, Murray, and West Valley TRU, no masterpieces there and they don't even have the price tag showing up either

 

^Same at the Orem one. Haven't personally checked the Layton one but I'm guessing it's the same. I have a bad feeling we will get the short end of the stick for a while.

 

Has anyone seen Airachnid out in the wild anywhere in the past several months? It seems like the whole valley got maybe ten cases total to share and then the Hasbro shipping facility forgot Utah existed.

I don't want to pay online premium prices for a piece of shit, but dammit I need her on my shelf.

 

I looked Friday at the Layton TRU nothing not even a price sticker.

 

Just looked today at West Valley TRU and they had the sticker with price posted at $69.99. They were sold out along with all other TRU within the state. Employee looked at inventory for other store locations and he is sold out in Nevada and Arizona as well. She placed a phone order for me through a TRU in California that had 4 remaining on the floor that took over an hour to make. TRU said figure should arrive within 2-3 business days at no extra cost for shipping. Sugerhouse should receive new ones Saturday morning according to SH employee's.

 

Really? I called that store at noon, and the gal had never heard or seen a thing about it, and she's the one who stocks the shelf.

They did a system search based on the skn.... no where in Utah is scheduled to get Masterpiece Thundercracker. It's not a re-order product, and it's available to stock on hand. Arizona, Nevada, California, and the east coast got the brunt of the order. Most of the states were passed over. If Sugar House did, in fact, get them, they weren't supposed to.

I too, just did a store order from stock in Yuma, AZ and will have it shipped to my house. No way am I paying $200 for eBay prices.

 

Hey, I know that this isn't the place to post it, but I thought this would be appropriate.

I wanted to know if there was anyone in the state of Utah (Preferably within the Salt Lake Valley) who could replace the LED lights found within my Leader Class Transformers figures to make them more accurate. I would need this done for a few figures. I am listing them below with the name of the figure and the color of lighting needed:

Buster Optimus Prime (ROTF) - Blue LED
Dark Nightwatch Jetwing Optimus Prime (DOTM) - Red LED
Ironhide (DOTM) - Blue LED
Sentinel Prime (DOTM) - Either Red or Blue LED

I'm looking for someone in Utah so that I won't have to pay shipping both ways and I can hopefully just drop the figures off. I also was looking for someone who has some experience doing this so that they do a great job, I know that I can do this myself, but I want to make sure it's done right.

 

I found one :3 at the Bountiful Smiths Marketplace.

Strangely enough, Dead End was gone. Still a shadow bee though.

 

^ Smiths is actually pretty legit. I found FOC Shockwave there a couple months back, way before all the other retailers got that line. The same happened with my DOTM Cyberfire Bumblebee. I'm a huge fan of that place.

Orem Target had a couple of Dead End's ( which really tempted me, I don't know why cause it's a love/hate figure but I just couldn't pull the trigger) two Soundwave's (Which I searched an eternity for and then when I finally find one, I find them everywhere.....so lame and typical) They also had some Shadow BB, which I think is by far the best looking repaint but I don't need another BB.

 

Layton Walmart has a Shockwave Bot Shot and an Ultra Magnus Cyberverse Commander.

I'm really tempted by ultra Magnus, blue bulk AND skyquake. But I can't let myself buy any cyberverse figures, because once I have one, I'll have to get them all. I'm holding out for the voyagers so they fit in scale with the rest of my collection.

 

Sugar house TRU has the Marvel Crossovers in the Avengers packaging. Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America.

 

Just checked the Murray TRU this morning, the manager said that there are no MP TC in any of the stores and she doesn't see any showing up on the next shipment truck. She said that she expected them to show up last week, but he is just showing up late to Utah. He might show up in a couple of weeks, but she isn't for sure of course. I did see the price tag for him there though but his area was just empty

 

Display Case for Sale

Hey guys, wanted to let anyone who may be interested know I am selling my display case for $75 and thought I would give the forum members here the first shot at it. I bought it at Ikea a few years ago and I think it was at least $150. It has 4 glass shelves and a lock and is in great shape. You can't see the shelves in the photo because they are all stacked at the bottom of the case. I have actually moved to Idaho and don't have the room to move it up here. I am not getting out of collecting but am having to scale back quite a bit. It is at my house in Clearfield and I can either schedule a time to meet next time I come down or have a friend meet you there. PM me if interested. Thanks.

 

Yeah I checked the Orem TRU yesterday and they didn't even have shelf room for him.

 

No shelf tag on the Sugarhouse TRU either.

I checked Murray TRU today and there is a shelf tag for Thundercracker now. It's on the bottom shelf, next to the Optimus Maximus.

 

There is a guy on KSL Classifieds who is selling his MISB collection of Leaders and his name is Charles. They are all movie figures so buy what you need for your collection, they are all in pristine condition and the boxes don't even have any scratches on them. He is a great guy to deal with.
