Sorry I just didn't get a Star Wars vibe from the film. Sure it used some fairly universal themes like Star Wars did, but it takes more than that to feel like Star Wars.

 

To me just screamed star was due to the thousands of eniemys infiltrating the the "mother ship" , and ganric robot bad guys thing

 

I can sit through Attack of the Clones, and have watched it on DVD and Blue-Ray a few times. I cannot bear to sit through DotM in it's entirety again. I pick and choose the scenes I want to see, and that's it if I feel a need to watch live action robots.

 

I've only been able to watch the part(s) on geinosis during AOTC still my favorite prequel though can watch all of DotM
