Also Paramount could have very well not even looked into it and just saw the title and said stop it, we don't know what it is but stop it. Also they could send out that letter for him putting something up there as fake and being represented by Paramount falsely. Think about it Paramount gets calls (probably not but just go with this) saying "this script is crap what are you guys thinking about." Paramount goes "what, wait what are you talking about?" "The script that is on the web." Paramount responds "but we don't have a script yet," "well this person says you do." Paramount says fine we will send a cease and desist letter to stop putting this up there representing that Pararmount represents this crap, get it?
But they didn't let it happen. They had faith that the script would be good, but when they read it, they said "Ummm...no. Try again."
