1. The office you built for work is so packed with Transformers that you don't have any room left to work in there anymore.

2. It takes you weeks to find a lost toy (in my case, Arms Micron Soundwave) in that room.

3. When you finally find that lost toy, you come across another one you don't even remember buying (Botcon Gigatron).

Can't access drawers & closets. There's a trail that is outlined by Transformer boxes in your room. Forgetting transformers you have...

 

When you have more "toy's" than most retailers have BB's

 

You move to a new apartment and you spend more time moving your transformers than you do your kitchen or living room.

 

... consider moving to a new place to have more room for your collection.

 

Just put some of my collection in the local fair today, and they gave me one of the larger display cases, and I could have filled it three times over. Really started thinking, I have way too much crap. Still have about 7-8 tubs of stuff that I couldn't fit in there, and I know my collection is a lot smaller than many people on here.

When the excuse "It's for my kid brother" just doesn't cut it anymore

 

- When you need a spreadsheet to remember all the stuff you have.
- When can't store them properly anymore.
- When your closet has more figures than clothes.
- When your plastic bins are stacked almost reaching the ceiling.

 

When you open your master closet and you realize there is nothing behind the door but a large cardboard and plastic wall. Tubs and boxes,tubs and boxes

Then there are more TFs than clothes, as there are no clothes

yeah when you notice that you've stacked up boxes and boxes of toys...
and your room resembles a warehouse for toys...  

 

I'm only guilty on 2 out of the 4  . I moved into my fiancee's duplex and since there isn't really any room for me to display my figures, they all stay, for the most part, boxed in plastic bins in the basement. So far I've filled seven 35 L bins and I can easily fill another 1-2    

The spreadsheet is more of a cost tracking/figure count thing for me. Yes, I agree if you're struggling to make ends meet because of plastic toys, you need to re-evaluate some of your choices, but I don't think there's anything wrong with logging information on your collection. Besides, it gives me an easy, one stop shop for how many figures of each line or how many more I need to buy (I'm trying to finish up the Alternators line right now). And by using pivot tables, it makes navigating/manipulating the information super easy.

 

I think some of you guys have a hoarding problem!!

Keep it simple, small and stylish  

 

....You cant sleep because you are to paranoid that you will knock one down.

 

One does not simply have too many Transformers.
