Maybe he'll fight some metroids, and that blue chick (forgot her name) will turn into mother brain. Yep, it's all a metroid prequel.

The Halo Bulletin: 8.22.12 ACHIEVEMENTS!!! One of the achievements requires you to complete the campaign on legendary...solo. God dammit, 343i. GOD. DAMMIT.
Spoiler The first blanked out part: Chief. The second one not sure... WARNING: Players looking to avoid spoilers should not read the following list of achievements. Players that didn’t bat an eye when ----- killed ---------- (Ed: Naughty!) should proceed. Also, whats wrong with making an Achievement an actual challenge? Then when you've done it, you actually achieved something. Personally, I'll be doing my first play through on Legendary, solo. Spoiler Some cool achievements...find one of the Red VS Blue easter eggs in Spartan ops, yay
That's crazy it might be something little, but you can change the pose of your Spartans on the screen.
It's awesome! I'm gonna spend ages doing that! Being good at the campaign isn't like being good at multiplayer, for instance, you can't get a good feel for no scoping in campaign as the enemies are different sizes and have different movement. Fortunately for me, I'm good at both
But I suck on Legendary solo. Why do you think it took me so long to get that achievement in Reach? Besides, I like to play campaign with a few friends. That way Legendary is more tolerable and I have one to three meat shields to cower behind!
It does help though. It basically boils down on your reaction to the situation. For instance, in campaign you fight 2 hunters. On Legendary, you would try to stay far away from them cause they have that death shield. In multiplayer, when you are fighting team of inheritors, you stay as far away from them.( Just hope they don't have a sniper.) Maybe if you play Halo 4 on legendary, you would get used to the game's mechanics faster. You would know how to use each weapon better and might have some tactics in the making. And hey, how many missions are there ? I am really hoping for a long and great campaign.
An achievement for doing Legendary solo? HAHAHAHAHAHA there's not even the slightest chance of me even attempting that Judging from the achievements list, there's 8, which a bit of a shame, here's hoping that they're all pretty long
*Ahem* (quote from bulletin) "The number of levels in the game (as revealed via Achievement listings) has no particular bearing on the length of the Campaign – and our levels are split thematically and for reasons of fiction as much as they are by location or “map.” There are a couple of instances in the game where a “level” actually comprises different environments and radically different play styles that might otherwise have been split into different levels. In terms of length of Campaign, it’s similar to most other Halo games and the number of hours to complete will depend on difficulty level, number of players and play style, just like before. Some folks will rock as many vehicles as they can and try to blast through as fast as they can, while others will stare at every rock, blade of grass or hidden corner and take weeks to get through a level. And Halo 4 - in a doubling down of the grand tradition of previous Halo games, encourages exploration, experimentation and replay with all sorts of methods, from hidden story content, to achievements, to easter eggs and beyond. Over and above that, every copy of Halo 4 includes access to Spartan Ops, with ten weeks of content, and five missions for each of those weeks means that in terms of story-driven gameplay experience, this has far more single player and cooperative content than any other Halo game, period." Eight missions seems like enough. Oh and toaster, I'm not going to bother arguing my point. But really. Humans have different reactions and movements to AI enemies, getting good at the campaign will only let you know the controls well enough.
I was pretty much run and gun in campaign and MP until I started Reach legendary solo. I wasn't ever great but always did solid in MP, because of that I never really looked to improve. I learned a lot about how to use the weapons and specific tactics that are required for solo legendary. Those tactics and gun knowledge carried over into MP and I started to improve. I'm still not that good though.
You're brave, buddy. Methinks I'll have a go at Legendary too. Nothing quite like a brutal gauntlet to get the blood pumping
^ Yeah, just try to avoid the infinite gun fire, and grenade lobbing that the enemies will most likely do and you'll be fine . I'm excited to pick up the new dmr, I have been mastering it in Reach and am ready to take faces!
As much as I loved their IWHBYD skull lines in Halo 3, I won't miss those damn, dirty apelike aliens. "PIE IS GOOD."
