Although base mode isn't quite perfect and the headmaster thing isn't present, the robot mode looks freakin great. Making sure it did still at least transform and not just end up an articulated robot figure really sealed the deal on this one in my opinion. Overall I love it.
What did you use to add the articulation? I've got one coming and I'm trying to decide if I want to tinker with it or let it be and bask in its original awesomeness.
