UPDATE: NOW he is done. Gave him a G1-reminiscent windshield and an autobot decal :)

Inspired by Purple-bot's custom Hardhead using the same Warpath figure...here's mine!

    - Modded shoulders, chest plate, and shins to look less like Warpath, also modded the shoulder cannon, which came from Warpath's original barrel. Gave him a set of blasters too and made his turret removable in order to allow for an easier transformation - It simply pegs securely into place and is nice and tight for both modes, while retaining full 360 degree rotation. Also drilled a hole under the turret in order to allow a soft tipped tool to help pop out Hardhead's head :)

    DUUUUUUUUUUUUDE!!!
    I LOVE IT
I love the darker green, and the drybrushing. Did you make a way to lift his head out easily? or just pull it out like i do with mine?

    GREAT JOB!!

Thanks man! You did it first, I just followed :)

Actually I did find a way: I removed the pin that holds the turret in place and now it just pegs tightly into place. Under the turret I drilled a hole where I can push a soft tipped tool to help pop out Jazz's head.
Here's a pic of another Warpath figure that I did the same exact thing to:

Fantastic job; this is such a winning head swap Hasbro would be silly not to do it. Regarding your question Nem, I do think that you should put something on that front peice of styrene, it does look a little bland and a little color differential will make it perfect.

Guys, thanks for your comments :D

I did end up giving him a more G1 vibe and added a windshield to his chest. I also gave him an autobot decal!

I thought this Warpath mold was cool. But what you´ve created here is beautific.
The colors are well chosen and makes me do the same for my own collection.
