That's obviously going to be either Norman Osborn or Miles Warren.

It isn't Norman, both the director and Connors' actor conffirmed it isn't him, but they said the Man in the Shadows works for him.

Finally saw Spider-Man last night. Really enjoyed it.
Andrew Garfield was more believable as Parker/Spider-Man than Tobey Maguire was IMO. Story was good though, about the same as SM2, if not a close second.
They also didn't do one thing I have always disliked about some super hero movies by not killing the villain. Always hated that they killed off Doc Ock in SM2.
Overall, a good film and interesting to see where they go for a sequel.

to be fair Connors actor said once that he wasnt playing a villian in his opinion but more of a flawed character like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

I just saw the movie and I have quite a bit to say about it. First of all, I loved the movie as a whole. I had a few minor gripes with it, but I thought it was pretty good. The acting was fantastic. There aren't any bad performances in the movie and I thought the weakest one was the actor who played Doctor Ratha. Andrew Garfield was a great Peter Parker. He carried the movie very well and he made this version so relatable. I swear, I am just like Peter Parker in this movie personality-wise and I found it weird that I occasionally have some of those mannerisms. I thought he was a near-perfect choice for the role and I thought he was better than Toby Maguire. Emma Stone is great as usual. Right now, she is my favorite actress working today. Garfield and Stone had great chemistry together and their romantic scenes were actually some of my favorites in the movie. I actually hope they don't kill Gwen off just because of this. Denis Leary was also really good. The story was good even though I thought the Lizard's plan was a bit too comic book-like. The CGI was good for the most part even though there were times where it wasn't good. I think my top five favorite scenes in the movie were the crane swinging scene, Peter and Gwen's kissing scene on the balcony, the school fight, the ending, and the car thief/police chase scene.

If I had to rank it with other Spider-man movies, I would rank it number one. Don't get me wrong, I loved the first two Sam Raimi movies. I was just more emotionally connected to these characters and I related more to this Peter Parker than any character in a movie I've seen in the past five years. I didn't think it was better than The Avengers, but I thought it was really good.

If I had to rate them all, it would go like this:
    The Amazing Spider-man- 10/10

    Spider-man 2- 9.5/10

    Spider-man- 9/10

    Spider-man 3- 6.75/10

Marc Webb Free Direct TASM 2 For Sony IF He Commits To 2 Pic Deal With Fox

Marc Webb could be returning to direct the sequel after all. I will be very happy if he returns because I think it would help the movie more. I hope Webb returns because he made the movie very relatable and the teenage drama was done very well in my mind and this is coming from someone who normally doesn't like teenage drama. The action scenes could have been better, but I thought they were pretty good considering the fact that Amazing Spider-man was Webb's first blockbuster. If Webb doesn't return, I'd like to see Rian Johnson direct. He directed Brick and the new movie Looper (which looks awesome by the way).

One thing that bothered me was Peter Parker was too cool. I mean he wasn't the good kid that Peter was in the old comics. But I still think Andrew was more Spider-Man than Tobey was, but Tobey was more Peter than Andrew was.

I am very happy that Webb is returning. I liked a lot of the human drama he brought to the first one.
