Yeah, OP Kicking the bucket in #24 showed Prime literally blowing apart at the upper torso while the Protectobots watch in horror and Megatron watches with a sneer. Its Page 260 of The Transformers Classics Volume 2.

 

Don't know if anybody know this, but you can plug the weapons from deluxe figures into Optimus' trailer hitch

 

FOC Jazz' gun can store in vehicle mode, tucked under the head and with the tip of the barrel pointing down between his thighs. There's just enough clearance for it to not drag on the ground.

 

That's correct. That's all it's for. Neat feature, too. Those wires are ugly.

 

Just got my HA Soundwave and found a fun Stealth/Flight mode for him. Simply open up both gull wing doors, and take the mini Laserbeak that he comes with, fold out into shoulder cannon mode, and hook both of the bird-mode legs inside the car mode interior. The cannon will center perfectly in front of the windshield, and the wings combined with the open doors make a nice flight-mode look.

You can take the MASK homage further by half-transforming his arms, folding down the rear wheels and rotating the arms a bit so that the wheels face down (because in MASK transformations, wheels = thrusters) and moving some of the panels around to make it look more aircraft-style.

Here's a couple of function not mentioned in the instruction on TFPrime Cyberverse vehicle Star Hammer and Energon Drill:
1. On both toys the light can plug in to the back of there missile launchers.
2. On both toys they have a compartment to store the wire (I would recommend that you do not use the compartment, as it does bend the wire tube)

 

It's not hidden to anyone else, but it took me a while to figure it out: Ultimate Optimus's BFG can store under his trailer with the help of many pegs and holes. In a feature many probably don't know about, Optimus's lower legs can rotate, giving him "shuffling 1950's robot/Officer URL" walking articulation, at the least.

Man, I love the Ultimate Optimus toy. It's so ridiculously excessive in all modes.

 

Armada Preceptor (combined mode only) can use some Cyberverse weapons.

I was thinking that this should be common knowledge. But then I remembered I have the SDCC version that came in alt mode. The retail version came in the galactic butterfly mode.

I feel like an absolute moron. I've owned God Ginrai for neigh on 10 years now, and just found out today that the back of the main trailer (the bottom of Super Ginrai/PMOP's feet) flips down to form a ramp in vehicle mode.

aracnid if you can get that seat past her cock pit you can get a semi decent spider mode

also to note her weapons look better in her hands with the hands not showing

For TF Prime Commander Ironhide, you can pop off his truck arm panels, rotate them 180 and pop them back on so the vehicle panels wrap around his arm instead of blocking his hands. I can post pics later if needed
