Maybe there wasn't a funeral. Maybe Rodimus just gave a speech to commemorate Rung just in case. It was just implied because of what Drift said. It probably wasn't a funeral at all.

Too bad. That would be an AWESOME face for The Fallen (since in the ROTF novel, as well as some early interviews with the writers) they said that you'd learn the origin of the decepticon symbol as the face of The Fallen... according to ILM, aspects of the decepticon symbol is still in the face of The Fallen, but even on Blu Ray on a big screen, I don't see it at all... That cover, tho, gave me the chills... I might have to pop into a comic store to give it a read. Good job to the artist!
