I'm on Chrome and had no issues. Made sure I was logged in, however.

 

I'm on firefox and got the problem. Consensus seems to be it because you're login timed out and instead of telling you it just didn't let you check out.

 

How in the world is a G1 accurate colors Bruticus NOT much more appealing for fans of classic TF's? The G2 one is garish...

wasn't just Chrome, happened to me on firefox.

 

The Hasbro panel showed a Cliffjumper similar to the SDCC one, with a similar deco but without the energon shard accessories. Basically, the exact same FE one that was scheduled but never saw a release anywhere previously. I was at the panel and saw the slide.

 

You were logged out, but it wasn't telling you. Same thing happened to me, I manually logged out then back in, and I was able to check out with only FUCKING CLIFFJUMPER (at least I nabbed 'em), BUT I MISSED ALL THE FUCKING OTHERS!

 

Had a Bruticus and Derpy in my cart, Brut sold out on the final stage of checking out. Still got the pony. Not mad or anything, I admit my defeat in the HTS.com toy rush. Still have the G2 preorder as a backup. May not get the colors I wanted, but I'll save ~60 dollars at least.  

 

And great, now I can't find any on ebay for under $200

Seriously, if anyone is looking to sell theirs, I'm an eager buyer.

But I still am keeping minor hope for a second wave, or canceled orders.

Got a Derpy and Cliffjumper all in one order though, so I saved on shipping :/

I have Bruticus and Terrorcon Cliffjumper in my cart. I didn't delete Bruticus, so I can just refresh my cart when he's in stock.

 

It's not like you can't try to replicate the SDCC version's color scheme by repainting the retail version anyway (should the mood strike you). That's kind of what I plan on doing with mine.

It's the year 2012-- 90's stuff IS classic now! Besides, lots of G2 fans (like myself) cite the garish colours as a selling point. It's kinda like Prime Dead End; the colours are so insane that they wrap around the scale and become awesome.

I'm more than content to get G2 Bruticus off Amazon instead of this version. The fact that it costs half as much helps, too.

Also, the tears in this thread are delicious. It's not Hasbro's fault that their /SDCC/ exclusives that they are generous enough to put on their website after the show, sold out quickly. That's what happens people. Deal.
