    My Armada Nemesis Prime has some Bendy Prime parts (grill and smokestacks I think), though I bought him like that from a fellow board member. He looks great that way.

    For shiggles and gits when I was 12, I took three different versions of Armada Bendy Prime (Regular, Nemesis, and Magnus), and spliced different parts of them all into one Composite Prime. :lol 

    And I did a head swap with the Armada Bendy Magnus head and Energon Checkpoint, so I could have a better Energon Ultra Magnus.

    Wish I could see a pic of your Armada composite Prime! I did own all three at one stage (only have Nemmy now) but never thought of that :lol

    The only real part swap I did was give DotM Sideswiped Mechtech gun to DotM Megatron because It was the closest thing to his hobo shotgun that and Meg's with a hidden blade sounds vary fitting. never really did limb swapping.

    I put the arms from a spare classics Sideswipe on to classics Red Alert to get rid of Red's grey forearms.

    I did a pretty heavy parts swap for United and Generations Blurr. He looks frickin awesome now.

    Some great ideas here. Having done the Tigertrack and Spin-Out swap... I'm surprised it never dawned on me to swap to create Diaclone Black Tracks and Slicer. Brilliant.

    I've swapped out the 2007 Movie Rescue Ratchet's head with the neck post and head from an Alternators Ricochet. Also looking for Hound hands to replace the awful movie hands with.

    WFC Cliffjumper's head on a Classics Cliffjumper body. Very common swap.

    i swapped some parts of my g1.5 skyquake on my machine wars starscream, landing wheels, nose cone, looks better now
