Animation Magic, Ala Moana Center, Honalulu had the tail-end of deluxes and HA scouts from DOTM at pretty much UK prices, also had a Sons of Cybertron set in a see-through, locked display case without a price on it.
Looks like Generations are pretty much done (for now) at all the major retailers here on our little island. Haven't seen any since a couple weeks before Christmas. I think your best bet at this point is probably the Junkion Exchange. Or hope for a miracle with Ross, or even TJ Maxx when they open the 3 stores next month. And I kinda doubt there's gonna be any carryovers from previous waves when the FOC Generations stuff hits later this year, so I wouldn't bother waiting until then.

Salt lake Target has the new waves as of yesterday afternoon as well, but Starscream and Vehicon were already gone. Went ahead and bought a Hot Shot for my son, very nice blue plastic with pretty decent paintjob. The figure itself is kind of a POS though But he loves it and that's what's important.

As for Sunday The Aloha Swap meet I bought a load of broken ROTF Toys Cannibalizing for parts and customs. Really nice Vendors today and I know this is off T/F but there was a guy selling a Whole lot of G.I. Joe 80's stuff there was a ton a vehicles and the lot had a semi complete Defiant gantry and shuttle and a USS Flagg aircraft carrier in pieces. I have to say he was asking a fair price $600 OBO for everything. My wife said to buy it but I was short on cash today..... Yo JoE...... Oh well I promised my family only T/F's well happy hunting Ladies and gentlemen! Cheers!

Pearl Harbor, Waikiki, North Shore....yeah you got that covered for the touristy stuff I say. For toys, I say the only place that could fullfill anyone's needs are Toy's N Joy's. You got one in Kaimuki and one in Pearl City (right across Bed Bath and Beyond). For a workout, hike up Koko Head.

It’s cool to see what’s coming out. I hope I can find the Masterpiece figures because of what I was reading about the Rodimus when it hit Hawaii. I think the Kreo is cool and I can’t wait to get some First Edition. Did anyone go to Comic Con this year? I was trying to go but couldn't get tickets.
Yes it somewhat did, partly thanks to me. Because the Hawaii store is apparently so low in the TRU heirarchy, they were only slated to receive one case of 4 and that's it. Myself and a friend had discovered that they sometimes, at the GM's discretion, do wait lists for in transit items. Problem is one guy got on it before us and the jerk reserved the whole frickin' case (and supposedly immediately put them up on Craigslist for double the price right after picking them up). So over the next two weeks I proceeded to take note of postings in various west coast based sightings threads here on the boards and relayed the info to one of the assistant managers that I had made friendly with. She then requested stock transfers from 2 stores in Cali and one in Oregon. Only thing is she only pulled enough to satisfy everyone on the wait list. So after my friend and I, only 7 or 8 people after us each got their one or two. As far as I know there weren't any extras that made it to the floor. I really don't want to have to go through all that shit again with Optimus and Thundercracker, so I'm gonna be a lot more diligent in watching the TRU website this time around. But with the time zone difference not being in us Hawaii guys' favor (if my calculations at the time were correct both Rodimus as well as Grimlock the year before initially hit the website around 2am or so our time), many of us may miss the online boat yet again.

Thundercracker, I can get over not getting since I got Igear versions. Speaking of our lovely TRU, the prices there are disgusting. I can't even use 20% off coupons to save money as prices still come out more than Target/Walmart usually. </rant off> I'm usually a night owl, if I get lucky and see em online, I'll post it here. We 808ers need to work together to get this stuff since it seems there is little stock shipped out for us, lol
Well if our TRU was smart they would stock a lot or at least understand how hot these items are and make sure there are enough to go around. Unfortunately it will probably not happen and we will probably go through the same crap as the grimlock and rodimus. Getting to the 808ers working together...the best thing to do is PM each other bro, as we have found out that there are 808 scalpers that monitor the forums. But yes I do agree we should work together on this. That would be AWSOME!!!
dirty scalpers....I do notice a few of the same guys when I go Transformer hunting. Maybe they think I'm a scalper too! LOL. So when does TRU get shipments in? Last time I talked to them they said the new stuff would be out most likely on Wednesdays. But the time before that they told me Fridays and Sundays. Maybe they don't even know PM me the scoops
Also, I hope some of you were lucky getting SDCC stuff if you were after them this morning. I woke up and logged on right when Brut was available, but alas lost him some time between putting him in my cart and logging in my PayPal info. Bah.
I've gotten the same random answers in regards to shipment days. That along with the ridiculously inflated prices has seriously turned me off from shopping there. In fact, three weeks ago was the first time I stepped into the store since picking up my MP Rodimus. And it was only to keep my son from going bonkers while waiting for the wife to finish her doctor appointment. As far as HTS goes, didn't even bother. Never had any intentions on anything from SDCC, plus I already preordered a Bruticus from Amazon. I actually prefer the G2 colors, plus you can't go wrong with 60 bucks shipped.
