Source: Transformers: Fall of Cybertron multiplayer will have Dinobots, Insecticons as DLC, adds host migration - Neoseeker Dinobots and Insecticons will be playable in multiplayer on Fall of Cybertron in both multiplayer and escalation modes. They will not be available until the DLC comes out, after release, but will be available to both play and customize. I'm pumped. I'm assuming you are too, now.
Cool, but...Playing as Grimlock in multiplayer will suuuck. People will just run circles around you and shoot you from a distance while you try to get enough kills to transform.
Yep, playable in escalation. Supposedly there isn't going to be a class advantage, they'll just operate as a skin. Which is still amazing.
haha. I doubt the rage meter will apply to MP or escalation. If it does, you're 100% correct unless the shield and sword combo just does work and the rage meter comes alive after like 3 kills. Dash, sword and shield combo might be brutal if the sword hits like a sniper rifle did in WFC.
Man, I'm going to go insane with MP customization. Maybe the rage thing is like a ten killstreak or something?
For some reason I completely glanced over "Escalation" and only saw "Multiplayer" in the article. Derp Maybe there's a chance of the player cap being raised to 5 so all the Dinobots can be in a single game?
So why did High Moon say they wouldn't be available for mp? If it's because of the dlc why not just say so in the first place? All they had to do is say dinobots are not in mp at launch but will be patched in latter. I wonder if this means fembots are also in but not untill dlc.
Due to contractual agreements, they really cannot reveal things until they have received "the green light". This is more than likely one of those scenarios.
Except it's probably just his parts that are available in Competitive MP. I think only in Escalation will we be able to use his Rage ability.
