I am going to go out on a bit of as limb and say, I think its sixshot who has the chromed parts and the package is leather like not actual leather.

I maybe wrong but it makes lot more sense that Leather and chrome on the packaging for a character that has limited appeal at least inthe US m overseas i have no idea how large his fan base is.

 

I can see the box being fake leather just because its cheaper as for the chrome cool I guess.

But I think it will be something more like hollow book with fake leather outer cover with chrome/metallic lettering similar to the book style collectors editions of SoulCalibur4 and Fable3

 

This dude just looks badass I can care less about the box it comes with.

 

I think what they meant will be the toy itself has chrome parts,not the leather packaging having chrome parts if am not wrong. Toys having chrome parts will be more logical i guess.

You are right,logically speaking,is the toy itself may get the chrome parts, i don't mind a leather packaging though.
