Most of the posts in this thread are all saying yes. Finished it on hard mode last night and am doing some Achievement clean up. The various costumes make it a lot of fun.
have to say it's a pretty enjoyable game so far. it's like actually playing a b-movie because I end up laughing when the game tries to be serious and scoffing at the actual scripted jokes because of how damn lame some of them are. that's kinda a rare feeling to find with a video game, and I find myself digging it. this may very well be one of those games that gets shit on by reviews yet ends up having a large niche fanbase. hopefully they can come up with another slutty friend for juliet for some co-op action in a sequel.
Finished this lat night, ohohoho I think I went and ingested some LSD without knowing or something. Now I'm looking at the costumes (lets be fair, I'm gonna get them all) and the achievements list, which has a whopping 50 different achievements! I'm thinking I'm going to take a stab at getting them all, right now I'm going for the high score ones (while grabbing platinum medals). On another note, has anyone managed to sparkle kill 7 zombies at once? The most I've done is 5, any tips?
Right now I'm just jumping over their heads over and over to crowd them then AAX them, AXX tends to chop legs off but not kill them. I really should try other combos eh? Oh and I managed to get 90 platinum coins for 'too pervy and get thrown of conventions' outfit. Suh-weet.
Buy the last chainsaw combo for 999 and when you're in stage 4, during the elevator sequence, you'll get attacked by 8 zombies at once, launc the combo xxxxyyy and you'll get 7 without even having to use right trigger.
I recently picked this game up at Best Buy for $20 here in Canada. It is pretty awesome. I got stuck on "Zombie baseball" for a little but things are moving along again. Oh and Jessica Nigri is hot.
