    Debating whether or not I should take a nap or just go to bed in general. After staying up for almost 30 hours again, I only got 5 hours of sleep, so I feel as though I'm not fully recharged. I talked to my shrink about my zany sleep schedule and she's offered practically no advice. Counseling is pointless IMO and I would cancel but my mom's forcing me to go because my SSI reappeal is coming up, and I've been rescheduling and cancelling too many appointments.

    1) Went to my sister's house for a combination birthday (father, niece, and nephew)

    2) Yard work

    3) House work (cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors)

    4) Laundry


    Short of taking a bath I've been on my feet all day.
