This piece started out as going to be my new mascot. However it became more than that in the end. I started out with a cheap 1/6 halloween skeleton (big mistake learning curve i guess). The plastic was not strong enough so i had to reinforce it all with 16 gauge wire. so the core has the plastic skeleton ,16 gauge wire wrapped in tinfoil. In retrospec it did not save me any time what so ever to use the plastic skeleton. The only parts that remain visiable are the rists and lower jaw and teeth. I loved the under bite and the way it had to many teeth. I left the sculpt rough on the body for 3 reasons. I am lazy, the figure is a spectur so blurryness is ok and it sat on my shelf for 2 months waiting for me to finish it. The glasses are hand made with floral wire future and tamiya green. the figure has glow in the dark paint as well. For me the piece represents the devil at the crossroads. The deeper meaning for me was this it is a physical manifistation of my leaving medicore sellable work behind for something i do not want to sell unless it were to be put in many hands instead of just one. This is a video i made for it. The One Whom Has No Name ANOVASINN originals - YouTube
I really like it. Makes me think of Dr.Facilier and the Angel of Death's love child. Is that a good thingy?
