I just finished sending out a 1 oz letter to Australia, first class...cost me $3 bucks. 1 oz letter, Australia...$3.00

I don't know how much FP can save members on international shipping with such high costs, on single items. My personal gripe with FP is not offering combined shipping.

Alucard, maybe you should turn your list into an outline with bullet points, for easier reading...lol

Alucard77, this is not meant to be against you, but you've said your peace. The more a person goes on about something, be it telling the truth or not, the more it sounds like a rant or ramblings and people tend to stop listening or just get annoyed. How many posts do you have in this thread? A lot, and while I agree with a lot of your points, the horse is beaten, nobody is confused about your stance on the matter. Continually pushing it just makes you seem more antogizing and clouds whatever valid point you have. I'm not sure what you are out to accomplish or achieve by posting on the thread anymore that you haven't already.

For what it's worth, I contacted the TFCC four days ago about my missing Runamuck. Today I received one in the mail.

So for that, thank you TFCC!

Dude, did you read what you wrote? That was totally meant to be against him.

He can take it against himself if he'd like. It was very much directed at him, but not against him becuase I agree with his complaints and I actually want him to know that from an outside perspective to me and maybe other people his continued posts are going to muddle his points and invalidate him. But not only did I read what I wrote, I wrote what I wrote. Of course this is the internet so I should know anything said that may sound negative towards a person will be taken as a downright attack on his personal soul.

OK, this will be the last time I will post this. I changed the list to be a better fashion as people requested. I have also listed where FunPub did right for the user and where they did not. I don't intend this to be a one sided list, but an honest list. If some one wants me to add something to this list, please let me know.

Whether you like this list or not, this is to remind FunPub what they did and what they need to work on. This is also to remind members of what actually happened and not some revisionist history. This is also so people who are thinking of joining know the history and where we stand.

Like I said, I see no reason to add to this list if nothing else bad happens. Would be more then happy to add good stories on here.

Whatever dude. That was a public bash and you know it. If you were so concerned you could have just sent a private message.

Alucard77 keep posting your disdain. It's a public forum and you have every right to beat the proverbial dead horse or not. I only wish more would do it so Funpub can truly see how many fans are unhappy.

If you feel I did something wrong, you are welcome to report me to the mods.

I do feel FP is aware of the customer dissatisfaction, but more people are free to let them know and for whatever it's worth I hope things get better.

    Vocal minority.

    Misinformation.

Large number of fans still support us.

Lots of people cheered at Botcon.

/Pete (Had to channel his spirit since he's supposedly not coming back to this thread.)

The sarcastic bastard in me says 'Did that one ounce letter have C-note in it? Because that's what it costs to replace Runamuck on the secondary market. Are you a business sending a purchased item overseas without tracking? Of course not.'

But in all seriousness, International Priority Mail is freakin' expensive but it is reliable and includes tracking and insurance up to a certain amount. I know about First Class International with Registered Mail added but First Class International is extremely unreliable in certain countries and Registered Mail does not offer an adequate tracking feature. So from a business standpoint, international shipping may actually be more trouble than it's worth. I'm sure that sounds harsh but the worst shipping experiences I have ever had came from overseas buyers attempting to use the cheapest shipping method. A mistake I will never make again.

We're expecting big things this year and we can't wait to share them.

Thanks to all our loyal fans.

Some people will hate us no matter what we do.

I think we covered everything :lol  You take those eight phrases and just keep rearranging them and you too can do PR for FunPub!

I got the box set *iacon package* in 2009 ...was missing two of the cyberkeys for the autobots.
Thunderclash had a problem with his two chest halves not bolted together correctly to the point that he had a gap in his chest wide enough to slip a business card through.

Contacted FP...was told they would check into getting missing parts replaced....Someone on the TFW2005 boards had posted that the iacon packages generally had the most problems due to the fact that they were near the end of the train wreck of swapped bots for paint app problems, accessories missing etc,

anyway...never got it resolved...called several times...got the run around.

So now if there are anything botcon related or TFCC related...i do trades or buy from folks like sidecutter.

i had gotten SG drift last January at the tail end of my membership being expiring...i had jointed again just to get drift.

after the Credit card hack escapade i decided against renewing my club subscription.

Unfortunately FP is not going to change until Fans force it to through shopping with their $$$ else where...or a sustained campaign to hasbro about changing the licensing of the club again...(complaints got 3H revoked) so that is a proven and very possible avenue for folks to check out.

I am personally done with them...until a new company takes it over....I will either trade for what i want or get it off ebay...not handing FP a dollar again...Fuckers don't deserve it.

I hear you, I don't take it personally. I fully understand what you are saying. Sometimes make your point and move on or the point is lost. I was venting my frustration and probably a bit too much for some peoples liking.

Then it turned into a debate, and I was called a liar, so that continued it a bit. But I think your right. At this point what needed to be said has been said. The list has been updated to meet people's complaints on it and it is a REAL record of what transpired. So I am good for the time being.

I just hope when this come back up everyone has a smooth experience.

    A C-note...really? I didn't think Runamuck shot up that quick...lol

When I sell my items on ebay I don't really give international customers much of a choice...its either Priority Intl' or Express Mail Intl' if I'm purgng some exclusives. There's not a chance in hell I'm shipping expensive items on the cheap. I'm not Amazon.

I would have thought that problem figures were kept on hand just for parts swapping, not re-integrated into Iacon sets? I've always gone to the con for my toys so I wouldn't know about people's Iacon sets.
