Why make Megatron a Jet?

    well rest easy, it has been said that the relationship between megs and starscream will be like that of G1.

    They used the art of transformation long before comming to earth for transportation,and warfare, its only when they got to earth that the earth modes were used as disguse, in order to blend in, and go undetected.

    Well then I hope they've given Screamer some more lines in the re-writes of the script. In the old script he doesn't even raise an eyebrow against Megs.

    Transformers dont have eyebrow's...........well at least I dont think so

    but really the freindship or...deception can be counted as an important spek to petray in the storyline.

    Why'd they make him a Jet? If they made him a Shark people would complain about his Puerto Rican accent. Remember the flak over Cybertron's dubbing.

    ...


    Hmm...of course a Brooklyn twang's equally problematic. And then of course there's the whole issue that their battles would consist largely of dramatic leaping and the like.

    Have you read Stormbringer #2? Any big bad who can loom above stuff in a giant jet mode is more intimidating than one who can't.

    R.I.D.- a jet and car were among the various alt modes, but no tank

    Hes been some kind of aircraft as often as he has been a tank, so there is some precedent

    personally im pretty excited to see what he transforms into...all the other Decepticons being disguised vehicles. It will be pretty bad ass to see a straight up Cybertronian alt-mode.
