If Galvatron was in TF4 He will be maded of all the dead depcs turn into a Cybertronian Tank like in wfc and to be voiced by David Kaye
Cool story bro. I'd like Galvatron if he was a frankenstein made from the other dead Decepticons. Or an entirely new character.
If Galvatron was in TF4... ...lots of people would not be happy if he was just another resurrected Megatron.
If Galvatron was anything like you said he would be, a lot of people would hate him. No GalvaMegs bullshit and I'd be happy with him appearing.
I'd rather see him as a completely new character, though it flies in the face of the history of the character. Much of that history relies on other characters as necessities, however, and I'm not sure I'd like to see those same stories again.

Galvatron is seperate from Megatron in the Marvel, Dreamwave and IDW comics. All the same, the only way I'd really want Galvatron is if he's revived "differently" like by Unicron or something. He already got "revived" in RotF, this needs to be different, imo. Otherwise, there are plenty of great villains to pick from. Imagine Deathsaurus - Godzilla-sized! Casual movie goers might think it's weird if there's a guy named Galvatron unrelated to Megatron too. Not saying Unicron should be used... He'd have to be used very carefully.
As far as I'm aware Galvatron was always a future Megatron in the Marvel comics. Galvatron and Megatron met and fought each other and even teamed up, sure, but that was due to some time-travel malarky (and in the occasional case, dimension-hopping too), not because they were separate characters, as in Galvatron not being a reformatted Megatron. Unless there's something I missed.
It would be interesting if we saw more Cybertron in TF4. And have the Autobots take the remains of the fallen decepitcons back to Cybertron for "disposal". And have either Starscream (or maybe a machine "half mystical") that uses the dumping ground for making new warriors. I'm sort of thinking of a large waste area dumping ground of defunct and sparkless carcasses, and this "mystical" machine use parts to remake a "new" bot, as if it happens all the time as given by the Will of Primus or somehow connected to another Cybertronian artifact, and it actually construct a new enemy titled "Galvatron". But somewhere in the middle during a fight on Earth, Galvatron has Prime under his heel, cannon to his head, and whispers "In another life we might have fought side by side....brother..." Prime tries to turn his head, and says with shock, "Megatron?" Galvatron simply snears, "Yesss."
I think they could pull it off, especially if he has a completly different personality. I'd like to see him with a sneaky one!
