I was already planning on getting him, but I almost popped my top when I learned that his sword connects on the top of his cannon for show accuracy. Bought, stock, and barrel.

Got mine in the mail yesterday from BBTS. I think he's tied with Bulkhead as my favorite Commander figure so far. He's kind of like Megatron in that he's more like an articulated action figure than a transforming toy, although unlike Megatron he actually transforms into a vehicle that looks like something.

I do think I'll grab another one though, the joints on mine are insanely loose. Both shoulder sockets and both hip sockets are pretty bad - especially the hips which are so loose he has trouble standing. And yes, I know I can just coat the joints with [insert goo of your choice here]. I'd probably end up buying a second one anyway since I like it so much.

Finally found one of these and I have to say - totally lives up to the hype. Tied with Commander Bulkhead as my favorite of this class.

    Robot Mode
Very show accurate, nice detailing, good poseability, very little kibble = fun to fiddle with.

    Gerwalk Mode
Love this bonus mode and it really does remind me of Macross/Robotech.

    Plane Mode
Very nice jet, looks cool enough that I'm torn on which mode to leave him in. Solution? Transform early and often!

And, transformation is a breeze which I find more and more appealing as I have less and less time to pick up and play with my TFs.

If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.

Aside from loose joints, that sounds like I would like it a lot! I dig Cyberverse Megatron more than the voyager, and Bulkhead is well done.

Dreadwing reminds me of a Cyberjet.

Mine has pretty loose thigh joints - they pop off easily. Otherwise, no complaints from me! Yet another very nice Cyberverse figure.

I like how you kept a little clear plastic on it, too. :)

So I was messing with mine and found out it is very easy to just pop the wings off since the pin is so short. So if you pop them off and just switch them to the back it is more accurate. Now granted you have to change them again to transform but I display in bot mode anyways and looks good to me...

Damn, I do not like these translucent weapons. Seems cheap to me.

This guy looks insanely good for a commander figure. The weapons look great.

I just picked up Dreadwing after a bit of waffling (and wanting to see more of him in the show). I'm amazed by how accurate he is compared to the other Commanders. Articulation is nice thanks to the thigh swivels I did not expect him to have, though I really wish his head could turn. I love the weapon versatility, with the sword and gun both having two pegs and being able to combine. Not to mention he can hold them in a normal fashion, under hand, or arm-mounted, and stow them under the wings and on his back/on top of the jet.

And now that I've learned about his Gerwalk Mode, he's even better. :D

They're meant to ligth up. And would you rather have them translucent which at least looks decent or just solid grey or whatever other colour? At least everyone gets accurate weapons.

Actually it's not, his wings point down in the show. It's already accurate.

Ironhide is definitely a close third in my opinion. Maybe Dreadwing being on the show and being so close to accurate does it for me.

I love his weapons. A nice sized Cyberverse sword is something I've needed for a while (I've been getting by on Lego/Megablok swords), and it looks particularly nice with my G2 Cyberjets (who already have clear yellow plastic).

Part of the reason I like the figure is that he does remind me of the Cyberjets.

I dislike the nubs on his instep. They screw his balance.

Picked up Dreadwing today. May be my favorite Veritech design ever. :lol  (I use the Laugh, but seriously, it is a solid Veritech design)

I too seem to have the looser then I'd like hip ball joints, but other than that, love the little guy.
