Damn, you got a really great start with this! Can't wait to see this finished, and hopefully in person! Do you already have something to use for the beast mode head? If not, how about using Energon Insection's? He's a stag beetle too, and it should be easy coming up with something that fits over the hidden robot head in beast mode, and then flips back when transformed? But I have to wonder, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but why the use of 'VIP'?
